This was the perfect place post-Ironman triathlon for my bf to really fill up! He ended up grabbing so many ingredients that the server had to bring his soup to him in TWO BOWLS. I too was overzealous and was only able to finish half of my hot pot. The endless amount of veggies, mushrooms and plant-forward protiens available made it all too easy to pick too many ingredients.
