Last week, I noticed a small crack of about 1 1/2 inches. There is no chip, just a crack. It's hard to see unless the light is right. I called and advised them. They make commitments, fail to meet them and then just make excuses. Sorry, I know it's inconvenient to have to travel to Medford when we have a Bill's glass in town, and I believe it's important to support local businesses.
