We bought 9 windows for our house and 2 storm doors. The service was fast which was great however,…read morethe quality of work performed was a nightmare. The windows were installed crooked, and the window frame that was replaced had finger width gaps showing raw wood between the house and frames. The interior window sills were cracked and uneven with large spaces between the seams. Nails were left outside all over the grass and sidewalks for our dogs to step on. They stepped on our beds instead of covering them ( they said that we didn't need to move them) Both storm doors were installed with the opening of the window OUTSIDE! Dirty greasy fingerprints were left on the storm doors. We had to hire someone else to refit and straighten the windows at an extra cost. And the windows were never washed. The quality of service was very, very poor. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

After he was finished with the bodywork and paint job, he sent me a bill for another $27,000. I don't think anybody would believe bodywork and paint job would cost over $70,000. He has refused to return my car until I pay the final amount. I would tell my friends and anybody else to avoid him at all costs. Update - Fred Wilson has refused to release my car for 300 days unless I paid the $27,000. He has dropped that demand, but now says I owe him $45 a day to have stored the car, and will not release the car until I pay the additional $13,500. He also says the car may be considered abandoned, and threatens to put a lien on my vehicle.
