It's flattering to know this assclown is so obsessed with me that he stalked my profile to look at my other reviews and then tried to bash me. You just look even more dumb, and if you notice I have left many many 5 star reviews of businesses that deserve them. This business sucks and they don't deserve any stars in my honest opinion. I can't vouch for their work as I did not stay for the service. I waited 1 month to get an appointment for my car windows. The first thing the customer service guy said to me after he made sure I had a legitimate appointment was " I don't have a waiting room, a big screen TV, coffee or a decent chair, and the service takes an hour."~ Had I known that when I scheduled a month ago, I would have had a friend follow me out there and bring me back after the service. ~ The business is in a warehouse area on the edge of town....Nothing interesting to see and walk to out there.... For me, it was a total waste of time. Did I say it was a rainy cold day too? ~ The business had brand new jeeps and high end vehicles out front. The Bays were full with huge Class A motorhomes. ~ For the amount of $$$ they were servicing, one would think that they could afford a few chairs and better customer service reps. ~ I am sure that my little job won't make a dent in their revenue....but WTF happened to decent customer service?~ read more
