Last week, I noticed a small crack of about 1 1/2 inches. There is no chip, just a crack. It's hard to see unless the light is right. I called and advised them. Nothing humbles you faster than a cracked windshield. Thankfully, these folks know exactly what they're doing. I'm not going to identify/shame the individual by name, but the person responsible for intake in Ashland is incompetent, and you'll find yourself frustrated with the shop's inability to provide basic customer service. They make commitments, fail to meet them and then just make excuses. Sorry, I know it's inconvenient to have to travel to Medford when we have a Bill's glass in town, and I believe it's important to support local businesses.
