Last week, I noticed a small crack of about 1 1/2 inches. There is no chip, just a crack. It's hard to see unless the light is right. I called and advised them. They told me that the warranty only covers leaks around the seal; it has nothing to do with the glass. I don't like being lied to. Funny that way.

After closing, Rob and his son Geoff met us at the house to go over the estimate and to answer our questions. The order was made and within a couple of weeks Rob and his team returned to install the huge windows and three sliding doors, complete with the repaired screens they had taken on the 1st visit. I'm not going to identify/shame the individual by name, but the person responsible for intake in Ashland is incompetent, and you'll find yourself frustrated with the shop's inability to provide basic customer service. They make commitments, fail to meet them and then just make excuses. Sorry, I know it's inconvenient to have to travel to Medford when we have a Bill's glass in town, and I believe it's important to support local businesses.
