When I arrived at the appointment my vehicle was brought in right away as promised. Best I can say is Hams work and customer relations are unpredictable. Being presented with a bill 50% over the estimate is just not professional. Finally, and unequivocally the last time, I took my car in for a larger project. My car is an 'exotic' with a very special paint color and material. Hams failed twice to complete the work satisfactorily. Eventually, I had to demand that the insurance payment made to Hams be refunded, and I had to take the car to a shop in Portland to get the Hams work removed (out-of-pocket cost to me) and then the restoration done properly.
