I had no luck requesting an estimate on yelp. I also was not able to reach anyone via phone during normal business hours. It was probably a busy time and this is a small local business. I eventually resorted to driving by during business hours and getting a quote and making an appt in person. They are a full month out for appointments. You might get lucky with a cancellation, but not likely. Plan ahead, my appointment was 5 weeks out for car tinting. I was not familiar with standard vs ceramic tint material, but I quickly choose ceramic (+$100) based on the heat demonstration. Tinting has come along way. Job was done in under 3hrs (closer to 2.5hrs) from start to finish. The waiting room is very comfortable, but you could also go shopping (big box shopping) about 1/2 mile walk each way. I am very satisfied with the final product. I opted for 15% tint on the front doors and 5% tint everywhere else. I opted for the front windshield strip along the top headliner for +$50; after driving for a bit I am SO glad I did. Big Improvement when it comes to sunlight glare. Ceramic Tint Prices came out to: $150 per set of doors (4-door car = $300) $140 for back window $50 for front windshield headliner strip *They offer a military discount with ID/veterans card. I am not lieing. No reason to lie. You confirmed appointment. I spoke to you for directions, I hadn't looked at my texts due to the fact I was driving to appointment. When I arrived you said we are running 4 hours late. Could I come back at 4 or leave my car, neither of which I could do so I left. It was good though because I drove to Advanced in Grants Pass and they did a beautiful job on my windows. As a walk in with no appointment. Sorry if this review upsets you. I have no reason to lie about a window tinting appointment. You keep referring to Stacey C. Who is my wife who wrote original review on her phone because I was driving. What is sad is reverting to calling someone a liar over a negative review. Nothing I have written is a lie. If you could have done the windows in 15 minutes why say you couldn't do it until 4? Went here to get my windows tinted, I was scheduled for next week but they were able to get me in the next day, I dropped my car off and picked it up the tints look perfect and well done! They were quick with their work the only question I had is that they unplugged my dash cam and my miles till empty was at 235, i dropped the car off at 240 which was odd. So, I own a window film business in California. I came up to Medford to visit friends and family. I stopped in and checked out this shop. I find this place to be the best tint shop in the area. They offer LLumar Window Film and if you get anything else then you are not getting the best. The installers digitally cut their film and they have an awesome warranty. I was told that they will even replace your window film if you scratch it. The shop was very clean and the girl behind the counter knows her stuff. Again, I think this is the best shop on the area! Background: On a cross-country trip from TN, I had to have my Ford F350 windshield replaced. I wanted a tinted strip across the top of the replacement windshield. Looked up the ratings and thought this shop would be great! And they didn't fail. A fast appointment. A clean, comfortable waiting area. Reasonable prices. The replacement strip was clean, no bubbles, and wider than my first (original tinting strip). This one came down to where they had to cut a notch out for the rearview window. Well done! Admittedly, the appointment was a little awkward considering that Sun Scape is the Company that informed me that I even had a yelp account- long story- but I knew 3 things when I first scheduled my appointment; my Ford F-150 was tinted at Sun Scape, my Ford Mustang was tinted elsewhere locally, and I liked the tint on my truck better. So when it came time to get my new Mustang tinted, it was a no brainier to get it done at Sun Scape. Good pricing, great quality. I am happy with the results. Due to a malfunctioning window my tint on the driver's side got a huge gash in it....all of this happened while I was working in Portland and in the middle of moving from Medford.
