I had no luck requesting an estimate on yelp. I also was not able to reach anyone via phone during normal business hours. It was probably a busy time and this is a small local business. I eventually resorted to driving by during business hours and getting a quote and making an appt in person. They are a full month out for appointments. You might get lucky with a cancellation, but not likely. Plan ahead, my appointment was 5 weeks out for car tinting. I was not familiar with standard vs ceramic tint material, but I quickly choose ceramic (+$100) based on the heat demonstration. Tinting has come along way. Job was done in under 3hrs (closer to 2.5hrs) from start to finish. The waiting room is very comfortable, but you could also go shopping (big box shopping) about 1/2 mile walk each way. I am very satisfied with the final product. I opted for 15% tint on the front doors and 5% tint everywhere else. I opted for the front windshield strip along the top headliner for +$50; after driving for a bit I am SO glad I did. Big Improvement when it comes to sunlight glare. Ceramic Tint Prices came out to: $150 per set of doors (4-door car = $300) $140 for back window $50 for front windshield headliner strip *They offer a military discount with ID/veterans card. I HIGHLY Recommend this local business for high quality window tinting. Great product, expert level technique. It's an art form that is best left to the professionals *thumbs up* read more

I am not lieing. No reason to lie. You confirmed appointment. I spoke to you for directions, I hadn't looked at my texts due to the fact I was driving to appointment. When I arrived you said we are running 4 hours late. Could I come back at 4 or leave my car, neither of which I could do so I left. It was good though because I drove to Advanced in Grants Pass and they did a beautiful job on my windows. As a walk in with no appointment. Sorry if this review upsets you. I have no reason to lie about a window tinting appointment. You keep referring to Stacey C. Who is my wife who wrote original review on her phone because I was driving. What is sad is reverting to calling someone a liar over a negative review. Nothing I have written is a lie. If you could have done the windows in 15 minutes why say you couldn't do it until 4? Why ask us to leave our car? I am done with this thread so you can post whatever you like. I posted picture of text message and have been completely truthful from my end. This review isn't a stain on your 20 year business. It's just a bad review. When you call someone a liar and come off with "how sad" it says more about you than the bad review did. Sun Scape Window Tinting - Car Window Tinting Near Me - Medford, Oregon

I messaged a few places for quotes. Sun scape did cost a little more then the other quote I received, but they had a warranty that I couldn't pass up. I was able to get my car in the next day. They had a spot open for that day, but the next day worked better for me. Kelly was great at explaining all the options to us. We left the car and it was ready in under two hours. Considering they had to do 7 windows, I was pretty impressed with how quick it was. The tint looks awesome! I will definitely go back with any future vehicles we get. read more

Went here to get my windows tinted, I was scheduled for next week but they were able to get me in the next day, I dropped my car off and picked it up the tints look perfect and well done! They were quick with their work the only question I had is that they unplugged my dash cam and my miles till empty was at 235, i dropped the car off at 240 which was odd. They explained the warranty and gave me a paper explaining everything. Good service and nice people still curious on the dash cam thing tho. read more

My family and I just moved to town about six months ago. We recently purchased a 2018 BMW X5. The first thing I always do with all of our cars is get the windows tinted. After asking around to see who people recommended everybody said go see Doug at Sun Scape. I went in and spoke with Kelly and we picked out the tint and scheduled an appointment. I am one of those guys who is pretty particular about their cars. When I picked up my car after the job was complete I was absolutely thrilled with one, how it looked and two, the quality and attention to detail. Doug, the owner, did the job himself and I have to say after having 19 cars tinted over the years this is by far the best workmanship I have seen! If you want an absolutely excellent tint job with attention to detail and quality products this is hands-down the best place in all of southern Oregon to go. read more

So, I own a window film business in California. I came up to Medford to visit friends and family. I stopped in and checked out this shop. I find this place to be the best tint shop in the area. They offer LLumar Window Film and if you get anything else then you are not getting the best. The installers digitally cut their film and they have an awesome warranty. I was told that they will even replace your window film if you scratch it. The shop was very clean and the girl behind the counter knows her stuff. Again, I think this is the best shop on the area! Please check it out if you need window film. read more

We were very disappointed that they made it impossible to do business with them. We set up an appointment for 5:30pm for them to come give us a quote to tint all the windows on our house, and nobody ever showed up. We'd give 0 stars if that was an option, but in order to give a review you have to give a star rating. Thanks Yelp for reminding me to give a review. Wish they would have shown up, but apparently they don't need our money. read more

They removed and applied my tint with efficiency. No problems at all and they were quick. Thanks so much, my new tint keeps me cool in this heat. Military discount helped my budget, thanks again! read more

Background: On a cross-country trip from TN, I had to have my Ford F350 windshield replaced. I wanted a tinted strip across the top of the replacement windshield. Looked up the ratings and thought this shop would be great! And they didn't fail. A fast appointment. A clean, comfortable waiting area. Reasonable prices. The replacement strip was clean, no bubbles, and wider than my first (original tinting strip). This one came down to where they had to cut a notch out for the rearview window. Well done! It looks awesome, is now 3 months later and I'm very happy. I would recommend this shop to others! read more

Great tinting work and the best customer service. My lady and i brought our Impreza and Tacoma here. Both came back looking great. I had two windows that needed to be re-tinted to match the others in my van. Their tinting matches perfectly, and he did it in about 25 minutes instead of 90 minutes as scheduled. He even took me in three hours early because I happen to be there coming from quite a distance. I will return because their service and their quality can't be beat. read more

These guys ROCK! I have had about 14 of my cars tinted here and I'd never go anywhere else. I always refer anyone I know to them. My husband use to be the one to maintain the vehicles and deal with things like window tinting, but it has now become my responsibility. Admittedly, the appointment was a little awkward considering that Sun Scape is the Company that informed me that I even had a yelp account- long story- but I knew 3 things when I first scheduled my appointment; my Ford F-150 was tinted at Sun Scape, my Ford Mustang was tinted elsewhere locally, and I liked the tint on my truck better. So when it came time to get my new Mustang tinted, it was a no brainier to get it done at Sun Scape. Good pricing, great quality. I am happy with the results. And now that I know I have this account, maybe I will have to actually start using it. Probably not... but I felt as though Sun Scape deserved a good review considering the circumstance. read more

Due to a malfunctioning window my tint on the driver's side got a huge gash in it....all of this happened while I was working in Portland and in the middle of moving from Medford. The owner came in on a Saturday, just for me (the only day that fit my schedule) and fixed the tint in 20 minutes! I am so thankful for his willingness to come in on his day off! I am definitely going to recommend all of my friends in Medford and the surrounding areas go to Sunscape for all their window needs. read more

This is the second time we use SunScape for tinting of our house windows and doors. Not because the work was not done perfectly the first time, but because we added on other areas of the house.
