I had a pretty bad experience with Advanced Print in Grants Pass, Oregon. Vibes don't lie, and their customer service gave me a really bad feeling. I just didn't feel like they valued me as a customer, and the people there seemed pretty shady. If you're looking for a printing company in Grants Pass, I'd definitely recommend checking out some other options. There are plenty of other businesses in the area that will give you good vibes and make you feel like a valued customer. I don't understand why people hire like this. read more

Took the wife's car in for tint. They TOTALLY screwed up the visor strip, BAD. When she took it back she was basically told to deal with it, they're not going to fix it. I'll be in there first thing Monday and we'll see if they want to fix it or be sued. I'm not going to let them get away with this total hack job. I'll give update after I see them on Monday. these people litterally ruined my rear window tint while they were applying it and would not fix it. while waiting in the office we were swaremed by a large smelly rotwiler and several screaming children whom all belonged to family members of the staff. when confronted about the quality of the job some older woman claiming to be the mother of one of the employees told me i was wrong for calling foul on less than shoddy work. never go here its terrible work and terrible staff. read more

We took our truck in to be completely detailed on March 13, 2018. I was met at the desk by a young lady to go over the details of detailing the truck. First, I would like to say we have a DOG. Over the past couple of years, I know she shed enough fur to build another dog. LOL. That gives you an idea of how much dog hair was every where inside the truck. I was totally astounded by how well the crew cleaned the inside of the truck. It looks brand New! Secondly, I looked under the hood to see how well the engine looked. They detailed the engine compartment with amazing attention to detail. It sparkled like a brand new truck. Oh incedently, this truck is a 2004. Thirdly, the exterior of the truck was as shiny as when it was new. I would highly recommend this business. Thank you to the entire team at Advanced auto detailing. read more

Very bad experience with having the windows tinted. He ran the battery all the way down and jumped it with a charger. In doing so it took out the light control. Footwell module. The dealership quoted $1700 to fix it. It's definitely cheaper elsewhere but the Owner of Advance refused to help me get it repaired. He said nope it didn't happen here. Prove it. I strongly suggest going elsewhere. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE! DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS PLACE! They were extremely rude and unprofessional! They did some serious damage to our property. The owner has been very rude, extremely disrespectful and zero accountability. We couldn't even get an apology., which would have gone a long way in the beginning!
