I was called about a week before our appt to let me know that Cody would be out of town and I could have either Monday or noon on Tuesday just before the original appt. I took Tuesday since I was busy on Monday. I was called by Brandy that morning and asked if I still wanted the appointment (??!) and I said yes. I put the dogs up at noon and we waited. I expected maybe a phone call if they needed extra instructions on getting here or to tell me they were late. I never heard anything at all, no call, no nothing, nobody ever showed up and nobody bothered to call. I called around Coos Bay and Roseburg and no one that I called had the materials on hand. If they ordered the materials in, it was going to cost around $400 for the good quality ceramic tint and we would wait up to a month on the waiting list in Roseburg. Thankfully I called Pro Tint Window Tinting, located in Reedsport. They were able to do the same work for around a $100 less (before tip) and even drive to my home to do the work! I was so happy with the work he had done I had him re-tint my windows in my Sprinter to make them darker. I also had him come back and they tinted the windows in my home that have the heaviest sun exposure. That was a true bargain! I'm so glad I discovered them because I couldn't afford the other guys quotes to do the same work. Paul is also a great guy, very friendly and professional. I came to Minty to tint our brand new car, our baby…read more While the tint application itself is pretty spot on, the clean up process after was pretty problematic. I brought in my car at 9am on the day, after a detail. Work was not started until about 1:30p, I get alerts in the Toyota App. Car was ready right at closing, I was already suspicious of a rush job. The next morning I find glue on the back, and side windows, and a razor scratch on my door bumper. I go back, insisting that the glue is from them, after being argued with that it's sap from a tree, and that that most of the work is done from women, who have a "stronger attention to detail" and that they work on "very expensive cars." So, I come in a week later, today, to get my door bumper replaced. I hear a loud thump from the waiting room and peek over to find three people stumped at application. I inspect myself, only to find the top inch isn't even attached. I take the loss, I refuse to go back. Let this be a warning to future customers to inspect your work done before you leave the property, thoroughly. And a lesson to Minty, to have way more attention to detail, knowledge of application, and accountability.
