Adrian responded in a clear and concise manner answering my questions. I came in today and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and careful to point out what is legal and what is not. After some discussions about the different shades he showed me the difference in quality between the carbon and the ceramic. It turns out the ceramic is most definitely the way to go to reduce the heat of the sun coming in to the truck. I chose the ceramic tint. He backed my truck into the shop. I was lucky he just finished a job and was available to start mine immediately. He has a very comfortable sofa, so yea, let's do this. I'll get comfy and goof around on my phone while waiting. There is a Walmart within walking distance. I enjoy seeing the work get done, he is very meticulous, very precise, truly professional. He even opens up the door panel enough to be able to clean the glass that is down inside the door, allowing for the film to keep that continuous look. The job is finished and I couldn't be happier. There is no indication that anybody changed anything. The glass is nicely tinted and has that professional factory made look to it. Not a flaw to be found.

I called around Coos Bay and Roseburg and no one that I called had the materials on hand. If they ordered the materials in, it was going to cost around $400 for the good quality ceramic tint and we would wait up to a month on the waiting list in Roseburg. Thankfully I called Pro Tint Window Tinting, located in Reedsport. They were able to do the same work for around a $100 less (before tip) and even drive to my home to do the work! I was so happy with the work he had done I had him re-tint my windows in my Sprinter to make them darker. I also had him come back and they tinted the windows in my home that have the heaviest sun exposure. That was a true bargain! I'm so glad I discovered them because I couldn't afford the other guys quotes to do the same work. Paul is also a great guy, very friendly and professional. I actually look forward to having them come back to tint more.

I brought in my car at 9am on the day, after a detail. Work was not started until about 1:30p, I get alerts in the Toyota App. Car was ready right at closing, I was already suspicious of a rush job. The next morning I find glue on the back, and side windows, and a razor scratch on my door bumper. I go back, insisting that the glue is from them, after being argued with that it's sap from a tree, and that that most of the work is done from women, who have a "stronger attention to detail" and that they work on "very expensive cars." So, I come in a week later, today, to get my door bumper replaced. I hear a loud thump from the waiting room and peek over to find three people stumped at application. I inspect myself, only to find the top inch isn't even attached. I take the loss, I refuse to go back. Let this be a warning to future customers to inspect your work done before you leave the property, thoroughly. And a lesson to Minty, to have way more attention to detail, knowledge of application, and accountability.
