This vehicle has been sitting for several years in Oregon (rainy) & had moss growing on it. The interior of the vehicle wasn't too bad, considering it was a 2015 & has never experienced a detail. If money is an issue, you might consider getting an exact quote. I knew it would cost more than $50 because of years of experience with getting vehicles detailed. Dylan & his co-worker did a great job. Charging extra was acceptable & fair

I have pretty high standards when it comes to an auto detail, and Fox Auto Spa met them. You can also expect a great value by getting the Full Detail (Interior and Exterior). I was able to save 20% by getting the Full Detail and it was worth every penny. I was impressed by how personal Amy takes her work. She is not happy unless you are happy and it shows in her work. She also worked with Lucas in this case and I found him to be a gentleman and professional. I would absolutely hire Fox Auto Spa again and will recommend to my friends. If you want someone you can trust to get the job done right, Amy (Fox Auto Spa) is the one to call. She stands behind her work. I wish I could post some pictures for you.

Just three weeks earlier, I had spent nearly $4,000 in California having the turbocharger repaired, only to have the truck go into limp mode while I was in Oregon. Bona Fide got me fixed up and back on the road. They were also able to clear some incredibly annoying dashboard codes that I'd previously been told only the dealer could clear. But what really earned my loyalty happened eight months later. I started hearing a whistle when using the exhaust brake and called Bona Fide. They told me it was likely a failing gasket and, without any prompting from me, said that if it turned out to be one of the gaskets they'd replaced in December, they would repair it under warranty at no charge. I brought the truck back, and sure enough, it was one of those gaskets. They stood behind their work and repaired it at absolutely no charge. No excuses, no trying to convince me it was something else, and no surprise bill. They simply honored their warranty and did what they said they would do. That's how you earn a customer. Bona Fide is knowledgeable, capable, and--just as importantly--honest. They've earned my trust and my loyalty. As long as I can get my truck to Roseburg, I'm not taking it anywhere else for repairs. Highly recommended. Steve at Bona Fide is truly an awsome human being.
