I don't feel compelled to go out of my way and review places, but Andy is amazing! One thing to understand: I end up using my SUV like a work truck. I also don't like the idea of cleaning my car. So by the time I called GreenClean, my car was filthy and had dirt stains, and debris from hauling things like plants, tools, and my mud/oil stained bikes even. Andy came to my house, was prompt, courteous and thorough. Anything I asked him to do, he did it. It felt like a luxury service, not having to leave my house...and he gave such personal detail while cleaning, it felt like a first class service. In terms of results: My car looks like it was brand new from the factory. I was floored when I saw the results! Andy is a great guy, with an amazing work ethic and attention to detail. Andy was on time (on the dot, truly) and had a friendly and cordial manner. He carefully went over the plan for my Outback's inside detailing, asking what my priorities and goals were for the job. He got done in a decent amount of time (while taking his time to clean all the neglected nooks & crannies in a family car). Then we took a final look to make sure everything was good to go. Tried to enlist his services for headlight restoration. Scheduled and paid for an appointment. I got a response back that he was refunding me and that he doesn't do those anymore and didn't respond to questions as to a recommendation or other questions. It sure sounded like a good business, but was refused the chance to work with him. I was planning on trying him out with headlight restoration and if it went well, was going to use him for all my cars and recommend to friends. Seems like he doesn't need the work, so instead I'll refer my friends and my work to someone else. read more

Andy was great! Super nice guy, prompt, professional, and he really went above and beyond with the cleaning. Our appointment was scheduled 10-12 and he stayed several hours over to make sure the job was done to his standards (but he made sure to ask if I had any schedule limitations to ensure he wasn't keeping me from anything which I really appreciated, too). Similar to another review, I had used my Jeep like a work truck all year so it was pretty filthy with dirt, mud stains on the interior vinyl and carpets, etc. and he made it look and smell good as new. He made sure to get all the nooks and crannies inside the car and in the door jambs. I had a lot of stuff in the car that I was trying to gather up when he arrived at my house and he made sure I knew that that wasn't necessary; he was very careful with all my belongings and put everything of mine in a bag in the trunk when he was finished so I didn't have to worry about cleaning it out beforehand. That was a relief for me because I spend so much time in my vehicle that I always have a lot of stuff in there. I also appreciate that he doesn't use water with his carpet cleaning method so as to save natural resources and they still came out looking wonderful. The one caveat is since he started the business fairly recently, his inventory of cleaning supplies doesn't seem fully fleshed out yet; I would have liked to see a better leather conditioner used on my seats, but he still gets five stars because this was a tiny blip in what was overall a fantastic job! Didn't show up for appointment, didn't answer texts or email. When I called Andy hung up on me and still got charged over $150

Started off well arrived on time and started promptly. After about 2 1/2 hours said he and his partner were done, and to come out and take a look, at first it looked good and then I started to notice things that were missed such as spots on the window buttons, the pedals, the hood still had dirt and mud stuck on it. They went back and cleaned it as I kept pointing out things. Everything looked pretty good and he felt bad for having to reschedule appointment so gave a discount. Later that day after work I went home and looked around the truck more to find streak marks and stains from wax or polish on bed of truck and fenders that I had to go back and re polish and wash out. The windows still appeared to be streaking and dirty which I had to clean again. When I opened the cup holder and ash tray they had not even been touched or cleaned. I brought this to his attention and he replied when we left you said things were ok I cannot offer anything else. I basically had paid and had to come home and redo a bunch of things that looked decent but really weren't done and done quickly or completely missed at all. It would have been better off to not have done it at all and do it myself especially when youre paying to have it done you shouldn't really have to check obvious things like cup holders or doors, to see that they were missed. Overall not very happy with the reply, wouldn't recommend, and will just do it right my self the next time with out the money! After I showed texted him the picture... NO REPLY!! read more

Had Andy come out, again, to detail a different car...in preparation for selling it. This time we had him do the inside only of a VERY dirty Miata. He did a fabulous job. My husband saw the car and said that maybe he would keep the old car and sell the new one. Just joking. The car sold in 3 days to the first person who saw it. Thanks Andy! read more
