This vehicle has been sitting for several years in Oregon (rainy) & had moss growing on it. The interior of the vehicle wasn't too bad, considering it was a 2015 & has never experienced a detail. Bona Fide got me fixed up and back on the road. They were also able to clear some incredibly annoying dashboard codes that I'd previously been told only the dealer could clear. But what really earned my loyalty happened eight months later. I started hearing a whistle when using the exhaust brake and called Bona Fide. They told me it was likely a failing gasket and, without any prompting from me, said that if it turned out to be one of the gaskets they'd replaced in December, they would repair it under warranty at no charge. I brought the truck back, and sure enough, it was one of those gaskets. They stood behind their work and repaired it at absolutely no charge. No excuses, no trying to convince me it was something else, and no surprise bill. They simply honored their warranty and did what they said they would do. That's how you earn a customer. Now they look brand new, despite my car being 13 years old with the original headlights. They also did my fog lights, which I didn't ask for because they looked OK to me, but now they're beautiful. Although I love how they look, these guys are such perfectionists that they weren't 100% pleased with the result. The problem was small cracks in the plastic lens--something that they can't help and isn't their fault--but it yielded less-than-perfect results, according to them, so they said they couldn't charge me the quoted price, but brought it down. These guys are a class act. As far as I'm concerned, the lights are perfect, but they're the experts. I intend to use them for all my future car detailing needs.
