I spoke to the nicest supervisor here who honored the certificate as it was sold to me--good for a total of 10 washes. What an amazing job of customer service!!! He certainly didn't have to do what he did, and he did it all with a smile and a very pleasant manner. This car wash DEFINITELY cares about their customers!!!! To top it off, they do a really nice job cleaning bug-spattered cars!

We took our Lexus here because we had an extended warranty through Lexus and since there isn't a…read moreLexus dealer locally we thought that a Toyota dealer would be happy to provide us good service since they are both part of the Toyota family. Boy, was that a mistake! First of all, they gave my wife a hassle over the extended warranty. Then, they diagnosed the problem, charged a substantial (and heretofore, undisclosed) diagnostic fee and stated that it wasn't covered under the extended warranty (which was true). We then took the car to Big O Tire without disclosing anything about Clint Newell's diagnosis and they diagnosed it for free and gave us a much better price on the service! Suffice to say, we will never be going back to Clint Newell. It is now time that we are considering trading in our vehicle and we will be making the trek to either Eugene, Grants Pass or Medford and definitely bypassing Clint Newell and I would suggest that you do the same!

Their service manager literally stole my 4 runner and took it to lunch, on his own time, while I was waiting. Anyways, Clint Newell does a good job, they do what they say and do nothing more than expected without approval. I don't recommend anything, but I recommend this Toyota dealerships service department
