Although I love how they look, these guys are such perfectionists that they weren't 100% pleased with the result. The problem was small cracks in the plastic lens--something that they can't help and isn't their fault--but it yielded less-than-perfect results, according to them, so they said they couldn't charge me the quoted price, but brought it down. These guys are a class act. As far as I'm concerned, the lights are perfect, but they're the experts. I intend to use them for all my future car detailing needs.

I used two of the 10 washes before it was correctly explained to me that the certificate was only good for a month's time. I spoke to the nicest supervisor here who honored the certificate as it was sold to me--good for a total of 10 washes. What an amazing job of customer service!!! He certainly didn't have to do what he did, and he did it all with a smile and a very pleasant manner. This car wash DEFINITELY cares about their customers!!!! To top it off, they do a really nice job cleaning bug-spattered cars!
