This vehicle has been sitting for several years in Oregon (rainy) & had moss growing on it. The interior of the vehicle wasn't too bad, considering it was a 2015 & has never experienced a detail. If money is an issue, you might consider getting an exact quote. I knew it would cost more than $50 because of years of experience with getting vehicles detailed. I was contacted as soon as the dealer opened, and Chelsee answered my questions and even sent me a video of the truck. They had the truck prepared upon my arrival, sold it to me for the price listed without trying to put a bunch of add-ons. Chelsee is a knowledgeable, kind, and straightforward saleswoman. Josh in finance got our deal written up fast and signed documents within an hour or two of arriving. Could not ask for a better experience, especially given it's a family owned business with a significant amount of tenured employees. Will definitely recommend to those around me, was well worth the 2 hour drive each way.

Shine District does top-notch work. They cleared up my headlights and gave them a ceramic coat that…read moreshould last at least 5 years. Now they look brand new, despite my car being 13 years old with the original headlights. They also did my fog lights, which I didn't ask for because they looked OK to me, but now they're beautiful. Although I love how they look, these guys are such perfectionists that they weren't 100% pleased with the result. The problem was small cracks in the plastic lens--something that they can't help and isn't their fault--but it yielded less-than-perfect results, according to them, so they said they couldn't charge me the quoted price, but brought it down. These guys are a class act. As far as I'm concerned, the lights are perfect, but they're the experts. I intend to use them for all my future car detailing needs.

I want to share my recent experience with Champion Car Wash on Garden Valley in Roseburg to help…read moreothers make an informed decision. On July 11, 2026, I used their car wash, and while entering, the first cleaning brush broke off my side mirror, causing damage to my vehicle. I immediately spoke with the employee on site, who was kind and did his best to assist. He attempted to contact the owner for guidance and was instructed to have me write a report and allow until the following Tuesday for a response. He also helped temporarily tape my mirror so I could safely drive home, which I appreciated. I completed the report and followed up as instructed. Unfortunately, I never received a response. I called multiple times, left several messages, and even informed them that I would be contacting insurance--still no reply. Jiffy Lube, who had provided me with a coupon for the wash, also attempted to contact the owner on my behalf and received no response. What is most concerning is that I was told this type of damage has happened before, and that lack of response is typical. I was even advised that small claims court may be the only next step. I am sharing this to caution others. Based on my experience, there appears to be a pattern of equipment issues and a lack of accountability when damage occurs. I would strongly encourage others to use caution when considering this car wash.
