We took our Lexus here because we had an extended warranty through Lexus and since there isn't a…read moreLexus dealer locally we thought that a Toyota dealer would be happy to provide us good service since they are both part of the Toyota family. Boy, was that a mistake! First of all, they gave my wife a hassle over the extended warranty. Then, they diagnosed the problem, charged a substantial (and heretofore, undisclosed) diagnostic fee and stated that it wasn't covered under the extended warranty (which was true). We then took the car to Big O Tire without disclosing anything about Clint Newell's diagnosis and they diagnosed it for free and gave us a much better price on the service! Suffice to say, we will never be going back to Clint Newell. It is now time that we are considering trading in our vehicle and we will be making the trek to either Eugene, Grants Pass or Medford and definitely bypassing Clint Newell and I would suggest that you do the same!

My car had unusually sticky sap and moss on my 2003 Ford Ranger. This was from being parked under messy trees. I was happy they had specialized tools to remove the sticky sap, moss, and dust. They did a fantastic polish and wax job. My car looks better than when I bought it 5 years ago. And they gave the interior a new car look. I would highly recommend Fox Auto Spa. read more

The problem was small cracks in the plastic lens--something that they can't help and isn't their fault--but it yielded less-than-perfect results, according to them, so they said they couldn't charge me the quoted price, but brought it down. These guys are a class act. As far as I'm concerned, the lights are perfect, but they're the experts. I intend to use them for all my future car detailing needs.
