I was called about a week before our appt to let me know that Cody would be out of town and I could have either Monday or noon on Tuesday just before the original appt. I took Tuesday since I was busy on Monday. I was called by Brandy that morning and asked if I still wanted the appointment (??!) and I said yes. I put the dogs up at noon and we waited. I expected maybe a phone call if they needed extra instructions on getting here or to tell me they were late. I never heard anything at all, no call, no nothing, nobody ever showed up and nobody bothered to call. I would never do business with a company like this, I would wonder if they would be around after the application if there was anything wrong.

I dropped my car off after work and picked it up the next day, even though he offered to do it one day. It was just easier for my husband and I to do it that way. He even cleaned my windshield just because! I could not be more happy with the quality and thickness of the tint he used. He also works out of his home, in a beautiful neighborhood, so I did not feel unsafe leaving my car there with him. Very nice guy, price and overall experience.
