    Friendly staff. Better than expected service. They're even AAA 'approved shop'. Also got the AAA discount, which is awesome.

    My car was in an accident and the insurance company said they'd cover a rental, so they said to…read morereach out to Enterprise when I was ready to take my car into the shop, as they're "right around the corner". Enterprise called after they'd heard from the insurance company. When I called back (Monday), I spoke to Andrew. I let him know I'd be there in a couple days, just waiting on parts. When I asked if they could hold an SUV, he said they can't hold a car for a whole week. I told him the parts should be there in a couple of days. _________________________________________________________________________ Red flag #1, he wasn't listening. Note: Today is Wednesday and the parts are at the body shop, so it was 2 days. _________________________________________________________________________ Continuing with the phone call... Andrew said the way it works is I give them a couple hours notice. He said he also needed to know the make and model of my car. I asked what the point of that was and he proceeded to tell me why. His answer didn't sound like company policy, it sounded like power-tripping nonsense. I cut him off and said, if you won't hold a car for me, why give 2 hours notice? Atop that, I told him the insurance company has my information on file; there's no reason why they (the rental company) needed to know anything about my car. They would never see it, I wasn't dropping it off, it'd be at the shop, so that made no sense. I reiterated that they're lending me a car, nothing more. _________________________________________________________________________ At this point, he was talking at the same time as me, raising his voice, and not listening at all. That's red flag #2: He was stressing that they're petty control freaks, needing irrelevant information simply to waste my time... _________________________________________________________________________ I'd been on the phone too long and wasn't making any progress. I tried to tell him that I only called back as a courtesy, but he was like a 747 between my ears. So I hung up. He called back right away. I ignored the call. He left a long voice mail, but I didn't listen to it. I mean, seriously, I can only imagine how he cut me down behind my back, convincing everyone I'm the lunatic. Well Andrew, I will say this as a parting thought. You are supposed to reflect the professionalism of your company, you're their ambassador, and I was treated like someone who was getting a freebie through an insurance company, not a customer whose business you cared about. And while there is truth to that - me getting a freebie - I don't see why I have to be treated like pond scum, because maybe there would have been other instances when I might have needed Enterprise, but I won't. I'd rather pack my bicycle and ride home. I'm actually going to check with my insurance company or AAA to see if I can get a rental through them, or maybe there's a discount company online to work through.

    We took our Lexus here because we had an extended warranty through Lexus and since there isn't a…read moreLexus dealer locally we thought that a Toyota dealer would be happy to provide us good service since they are both part of the Toyota family. Boy, was that a mistake! First of all, they gave my wife a hassle over the extended warranty. Then, they diagnosed the problem, charged a substantial (and heretofore, undisclosed) diagnostic fee and stated that it wasn't covered under the extended warranty (which was true). We then took the car to Big O Tire without disclosing anything about Clint Newell's diagnosis and they diagnosed it for free and gave us a much better price on the service! Suffice to say, we will never be going back to Clint Newell. It is now time that we are considering trading in our vehicle and we will be making the trek to either Eugene, Grants Pass or Medford and definitely bypassing Clint Newell and I would suggest that you do the same!

(Thanks democrats) However, we've had many new vehicles and besides Medford Nissan, Clint Newells service department is as honest as I've seen. See my review for Medford Lithia Toyota for comparison. Their service manager literally stole my 4 runner and took it to lunch, on his own time, while I was waiting. Bummer for him I have gps monitoring and the general manager settled with me out of court. Anyways, Clint Newell does a good job, they do what they say and do nothing more than expected without approval. I don't recommend anything, but I recommend this Toyota dealerships service department
