Some wouldn't come out at all... Others prioritized other work ahead of our issue. All AAA wanted to do is was provide a Tow. This "guy" (his name is actually Guy) was AMAZING! He came out, diagnosed the issue (starter... Which is what we thought as well), brought the parts with him and had us up and on our way home in no time... 1 hr labor, service fee and parts... All VERY reasonably priced. I fully expected for all this to cost twice as much... It was a very pleasant surprise after all the stress of being stuck. I highly recommend Guy and Mobile Mechanic Service out of Roseberg OR. I took several of his cards to pass around to my RV'in friends.

I went in to have an upgraded stereo system installed, with the agreement that it would be a one-day job. One day turned into three, which, while frustrating, I was willing to overlook given the complexities of modern audio systems. However, the real issues began once I actually got my vehicle back. Initially, the system sounded decent, but within 20 minutes, problems started. The speakers cut in and out, and then the entire system shut down. After stopping for fuel, the system restarted but shut down again a few blocks later. I returned to the shop immediately, leaving the car running to show the technician the problem. His response? "It was working when you left, so I know I did everything right." He then told me he didn't have time to look at it further that day and promised to follow up on Monday--which, of course, never happened. Fed up, I took my vehicle to another shop, only to learn the entire system needed rewiring. Holes had been drilled in my doors because he couldn't be bothered to fit the wires through the factory boots, wires were unsecured, and key equipment was missing that would have allowed the system to function correctly. Buyer beware: if you have a newer vehicle, I'd suggest avoiding this shop entirely. In my opinion, this job was way beyond their capability, but they took it on anyway, leading to costly and frustrating consequences for me. I don't usually leave reviews, but the poor quality of work and abysmal customer service here deserve a warning to others. Believe the negative reviews--I didn't, and now I'm paying the price.

He did a VERY poor job answering my questions, and when I shared the reasons I stopped by the store, it was obvious to me that he could not have been MORE DISINTERESTED if he had come out and said so to my face! He kept veering away from anything I wanted to talk about, and the entire time, he had this "Deer in the Headlights" look in his Eyes-I have no idea WHY he looked that way. We had the install today. Notably, the cost came in approximately $200 above the original range that was quoted. Had nothing in writing in terms of a quote, my bad. I was not invited to see the radio before paying, even though I asked to do so. After paying, we went to connect the device to our phone, and low and behold, there was already another phone linked to that Head Unit. When I asked why that would be my question was ignored twice. Eventually after pushing I asked if this could have accidentally been an open box item or a return, and heard that that would not have been possible. When asked why someone else's phone was already paired to this unit, she didn't have an explanation that made any sense. Long story short. Install work looks great. Good product. Don't appreciate the business practices. Quoting seems like a really nebulous topic, I feel like I was scammed a bit, and the staff behaved less than professionally. I would not recommend BCT.
