Went to pick up.. after paying an additional 20 to balance it I noticed that the weights they used were incorrect for my wheel. They swore up and down that I was wrong and the weights were "the right ones". Well, I paid and left only later realize they had marred my rim with the incorrect weights by pounding them on!! They charged my card and had someone else's computer taken care of then he canceled his membership. I have been trying to get this taken care of with customer service for 4 weeks and I cannot get any resolution. Plus the AI screens all calls and then hangs up if she dosen't know what to do. I had my debit card used to pay for someone else's computer. I then paid for my membership with my credit card so I can get my computer. My membership was not paid. The manger told me that he would credit me because he was canceling my debit card payment, so I paid with my Discover Card. So now I paid them twice. I talked to 3 different people in Customer Care. Lucky if the AI gets you there, she patrols all their calls and decides which one she will let through. So I got my credit card debited. I still have a membership payment showing on my debit card but am told that I am not a paid member for the Geek Squad. You cannot get in touch with the store unless you go through the Telephone Police. I am frustrated. They were going to escalate this problem twice, but so far nothing has happened and we are approaching almost a month. After this year I will find someone else to do business with.

We found ourselves in Weed, 800 miles from home, with a serious power steering leak. Somebody at a…read morelocal business recommended Rick as the only person they *would* recommend. Rick found the problem, repaired it using some hose and clamps he had in stock, and had us on our way in under an hour and a half. He advised us to replace the oil filter, too, since that was what the power steering line had rubbed against to cause the leak in the first place. We even got a ride down to Napa auto parts to buy the filter! This repair had nothing to do with alarms or car audio, so it shows the breadth of his expertise. We were very fortunate to have been sent their way. Otherwise, we would have been hanging out in Weed until the following Tuesday, at least. The guys were very kind to us, and I'm pretty sure they undercharged us. We were able to continue our vacation trip and make it home with no further problems. We wish this shop was closer to our home! We'd recommend them to anybody. Six out of five stars.
