Had a 2 piece drive line repaired for my 82 F350, 3 new u joints, new carrier bearing, fixed my…read morebent shaft (which was a result of me driving hard in the woods hauling many cords of wood for years on end until I snapped the ear off the yoke!) They welded on a new yoke, balanced the entire drive line, painted the entire drive line with a high quality silver auto paint making the entire thing look brand new, added a new shaft in place of the bent one, and pressed the two pieces back together for me so I didn't have to hassle with it. Spot on for what they quoted me which was $415. A brand new setup was going to cost me all over $650. I saved $200 and didn't have to spend an entire day or more doing it with inadequate tools. Not to mention the balanced the entire thing for me. I was stoked to save money and get great service from Larry and the team. Thanks guys highly recommend them to anyone local needing drive line repair. Will go there again if I ever need quality mechanic work!

Needed a carrier bearing replaced. Was told I was getting a Spicer brand replacement. Had the work…read moredone and as soon as I left the lot it was making howling noises. Asked to have them look at it. Was treated pretty rudely by the front desk lady's like I was an inconvenience to them. Whatever. Took it back after noticing a bolt was missing out of my driveline and the drive line was heavily sagging in the carrier bearing. Asked if that was normal and was told yep totally normal. So I had to take to someone else who looked at it and showed that we could rock the driveline back and forth at least an inch in all directions and was told it shouldn't budge more than maybe 2000ths of an inch at most. Had then look it up to find that they used the cheapest alternative not the Spicer. So forked out more hard earned money and had a Spicer installed and would you believe it it doesn't move at all in the carrier bearing. Avoid this place at all cost. They clearly can't count to 4 when installing bolts and must be blind and incompetent to tell a customer that it's normal your driveline flopping around when you drive. This place is a joke. Although Monty was very responsive at first, my whole experience ended up being a waste of time and…read moremoney! This may be long, but worth reading so you don't get screwed! He showed up to my home looking like he hadn't showered in days....wearing baggy shorts and spongebob slides with socks. I let the lack of professionalism pass and hoped for the best. He explained that he didn't charge for labor, but charged a diagnostic fee of $100 instead. I wanted him to repair both my ice maker in my fridge, and my washing machine. His first comment was that the brands I owned were useless. He then googled something about the ice maker and decided it would be cheaper to replace the whole thing. Apparently that didn't include the auger, which is where I thought the problem might be..... The ice maker worked, it just wouldn't dispense cubed ice. It crushed the ice on both settings. He then went to the washing machine and removed the drain pump. There were a couple of small pebbles in the pump and he informed me it would need to be replaced. Sounded reasonable. While dismantling the machine to remove the part, he was less than careful with the control board, letting it slip and fall against the machine several times. My washer would go through a cycle before he touched it, it just wouldn't drain. I didn't notice until he was leaving that there was someone or multiple people in the car waiting. I assumed maybe they had dropped him off and had come back, as he was here the better part of an hour. When the parts arrived he came back to install them. He arrived at my house before I did, so when exiting my vehicle I noticed he had several children in the car with him. He left them in the car while he came in. Within 10 minutes I could hear screaming coming from outside my house and his phone started ringing. The 3 girls he brought (ages 7-11 maybe?) were fighting in the car. He finally went out to deal with them, and without even asking, brought them into my home. I offered to start a show for them to keep them occupied....what choice did I have? He replaced the pump in the washing machine and put it back together. He then replaced the ice maker. It was then that I had a friend show up to pick up something from me. I went outside to get what they needed and saw him going to his car. I fully expected him to come back in, as nothing had been tested and the fridge was still pulled out in the middle of the kitchen. He did not come back in, he just left. When I called and texted he answered the first time saying he was sorry but was in a hurry because he had his kids. I told him I would test them both and let him know. The ice maker still did the same thing....nothing but crushed ice, no cubed. The washing machine wouldn't even start, much less go through a cycle, so who knows if it would have drained or not. He didn't respond to any further calls or texts. I spent $200 for "diagnostics", $229 for parts that couldn't be returned, for nothing! I bought a new washing machine the next day and still don't have cubed ice. Last I heard, they don't even have a business license......AVOID THIS PERSON AT ALL COSTS!!

Pulled up and was not impressed with the facility but, they were so clean inside the shop and so efficient. Very friendly. I am happy to support local businesses over a chain. He told me they want to put my car on their expensive radiator flush machine but my radiator doesn't need flushing. Then I had a problem with a noise it was making when I had to make a tight turn, like in a parking lot. He listened to it (can't recall if he looked underneath) and told me what the problem was. He said it was very expensive (over $1,000) to fix and I didn't have to fix it. I said that it would get worse. He said, no, it would stay the same. Mike is a Master Mechanic who is totally honest and doesn't overcharge. I have now been there many times and have always had great results. I love this place (but wish the bathroom was closer cuz I'm disabled).

We are in the process of building a new home and A One Septic was refered to us for a new septic…read moresystem. Dan met us at our property and brought up valid concerns about the rocky soil. It was obvious to us that he has the experience and knowledge that some of the other contractors did not discuss with us. A One septic was able to have a quote put together the following day so we hired them. We are so thankful they were able to work through the rocky conditions and save us a lot of money because another contractor wanted several thousands of dollars more before even attempting to dig the holes for the tanks. Dan and Larry are hard working individuals that were able to get it done. Most importantly they were honest and when they said they were going to be there, they were there. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for service or installation. I have heard so many good things about them from other people and contractors who have worked with them, that I know we made the right choice.

I learned here after the misdiagnosed part that I had to pay for, that it could be something else that costs double of the original quote. I'll never get an appliance repaired again. It's far cheaper and LESS STRESSFUL to either find something similar on Craigslist for about the same amount of money or buy new if you can afford it. Just don't bother getting an appliance repaired unless you absolutely must. If this is the case I'd recommend the only appliance store in town (on Owens Street) before some independent outfit who's not able to get a good deal should you need to replace instead of repair. I had a very bad experience here, and I couldn't possibly refer anyone to On Point but rather away from this horrible company lacking in business acumen. Hicksville USA!
