They charged 400 dollars to "fix" the blower motor which only has one setting which is LOUD and it only blows hot air the ac no longer works. The guys here were awesome they spent an hour checking and removing tires they removed the valve extension and replaced the old valves problem solved. Then told us no charge. In this day and age where Covid has caused businesses to completely lose personal service this amazed us. These guys went above and beyond. When our tires need replacing this will be our go to if you need tires take your business to the best.

I brought my car in for a tire rotation, oil change and to fix a leaky tire. After waiting 2 hours…read moreand a couple times being told that they were having difficulty with patching the leaky tire...I finally pd my bill and left. When I returned to my home I noticed early the next morning that the right rear tire had a silver mark on it indicating that it was the leaky tire and it was in the same exact place on my car that it was prior to bringing my car in which clearly indicates that my tires were not rotated. I had to run some errands that day and when I started my car the alarm notified me that my right rear tire was low. I checked the pressures myself and sure enough it was low. I called the store again and informed them that I was bringing my car back in bc the leak had not been fixed and proceeded to ask why my tires were not rotated and got a response of "I don't know". They got me in right away and when they said they were done I went about my way. when I returned back home I noticed that the tire marked with the silver mark was now on the front right but the tire cap was missing. I called to say that they didn't replace the cap but that I had one of my own and not to worry about it. On the 3rd day...I once again had some errands and noticed my front right tire was almost completely flat. I checked the pressure and it was at 15. I have a portable air compressor so I inflated the tire and called again saying I was bringing my car back for a third time to get it fixed. At this point I was frustrated and not impressed with the quality of service. My car was back at the shop and when they were done I requested a partial refund for the troubles of my 3rd attempt to get my tire fixed. The individual at the counter said he needed a moment to take care of some other things and seemed very distraught. I patiently went to go sit back down in the waiting area and he asked me what I wanted refunded to me. I said I wanted whatever they were willing to give to me and he asked for my bill from day one. I placed it on the counter and he looked at it and said he couldn't refund me for the price of that bill. He asked again what I wanted and before I could answer he pulled out his wallet from his pocket and gave me a $20 bill. I just wanted to leave and I accepted the $20 and stated I would be leaving a review about the services I received. He immediately told me he wanted his $20 back so I gave it to him as I walked out to my car and he followed me. I opened the door to get in my car and he stood in my doorway so that I could not close it. He was begging me not to leave a negative review. I told him I wanted to leave and asked him to move. He did not move so I told him that I would call the police bc he was not respecting my wishes of wanting to leave. He then backed away and I closed my door and as I was backing out he was tapping on my driver side window pleading for me not to leave a negative review. I was going to not leave this review however bc of his behavior and preventing me from closing my car door...I had no choice but to leave this review. His behavior was very unprofessional and the service I received was incompetent. Another day will tell if my tire was actually fixed but you get the picture. I will definitely not be returning back to this business even if my tire is low again in the morning.

Took my car in to have the blend door replaced because my heater didn't work and was told it was…read morejust low on coolant so they filled that and of course my heater still didn't work. They then said it's my thermostat so after replacing two different thermostats, that of course wasn't it either then he says I need a 650.00 water pump job and then my heater will work. I said no, I'm picking up the car, took it elsewhere and yes, it was my blend door. It had fallen off the motor.. what a joke of a place!
