Basin Tire goes above and beyond with customer service. An error was made & they went above and beyond to fix the issue. You could only expect that from a mom & pop shop. They've earned a lifetime customer out of us & we will recommend them to everyone! I'd also like to add they are the most affordable in town. We shopped around for snow tires winter 2024 going into 2025 & they were the most fairly priced! read more

Great store, friendly staff!!! Great Work, High Quality. We were going to be stuck overnight waiting for a tire and they got us back on the road the same day fantastic! read more

I got there when they opened. Didn't take very long in line for my turn. It took probably three hours for them to tell me my car was done. So I think it went pretty quick. I'm sure they had other vehicles in front of mine. Price wasn't too bad. It was cheaper than I thought it was going to be. I didn't like how far away they parked my car when they were done. There was plenty of parking in front of the shop to park my car. read more

I thought one of my tires needed a plug. I was wrong. They basically said the sensor light could have been a fluke and I over inflated the tires. They brought them down to 35 psi and said no charge. Amazing and honest people. And the shop cat was super friendly and jumped on my lap. I will only go here when in the area. read more

Highly recommend basin tire for all your tire needs! They are busy but efficient and were able to get my almost flat tire fixed the same day. Really grateful for their services and help. Plus they have a sweet little cat to keep you company while you're waiting. read more

Got a quote from a different shop in town. They actually lied to me trying to scare me into more work. Took my truck to Basin and they fixed only what was needed and had my truck back to me same day! Highly recommend this shop. And the price was very good as well. read more

On a recent trip to OR. I noticed one of our tires was low. After inspecting the tire I couldn't find anything causing the low tire pressure. One of my family members took me to Basin to have it looked at/fixed. Turn around was fast and they found 2 nails in the tire. Drive back to the Bay Area was smooth and no issues with the tire! Thank you Basin and the people work there! Good job read more

We checked out of our hotel and were ready to drive to the next destination. However, as soon as I started the SUV, low tire pressure (13 psi) of the left rear tire flashed on display. I asked the hotel manager the location of the nearest tire shop. It turned out, no tire shop operated in the town of Chiloquin in years. The nearest tire shop was in the city of Klamath Falls, 25 miles south. He also highly recommended Basin Tires. I filled the offensive tire with air at the gas station next door and off we went to Basin Tires. The gentleman who helped us was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though the shop was busy, his mechanic worked on the tire within 5 minutes after I walked in. Twenty minutes later, the bad boy nail was removed and the tire patched. Total cost was only $15. Thanks to the crew at Basin Tires, the family was able to continue the vacation without any stress. My whole family highly recommended Badin Tires. Youngest daughter made sure I rated 5 stars in Yelp. read more

My husband and I was passing through from CA to get to Bend for a family reunion. The day we were scheduled to drive we noticed the tire pressure light warning was on and immediately decided to take it to a shop. We looked around and found Basin Tire to be the best reviewed. Glad we did. Everyone in the shop were gentlemen and experts on their field. They were courteous, funny, down to earth and they worked fast. They even showed the length of the damage a piece of metal had on our tire. After they had done the tire work we were well on our way. Basin Tire is a treasure to the the community at Klamath. They also take care of the people in their community (an observation I came to make due to the way they spoke and did transactions with their customers). All I know is, if you ever find yourself in need of tire repair or car service, take your car to Basin. They'll take care of you and you'll leave with a peace of mind. read more

Basin is awesome! They have always done us right. I had winter tires and summer tires. They stored the off season tires for me and made it easy to switch. Then, when I sold my car, they bought the spare set from me at a fair price. Plus they carry name brand tires. read more

This place is cheaper than the National tire chain place in town. Here's the cost.... You may save a little bit of money but you will wait FOREVER! This shop is has a good old boys feel. If you don't know someone who works here they will sneak other customers ahead of you and you'll wait 3 hours for tire rotation. It's crazy! read more

My car was in my driveway and one tire was flat. I'm elderly and disabled. A nice neighbor removed the tire and took it to Basin Tire Service for repair. He said he knew the people there and they would fix it right. Neighbor returned with the repaired tire and put it back on the car. Next morning, the tire was flat again. Neighbor took it back to Basin and watched what they were doing. It turned out that they had not cleaned the rim before gluing the tire back on. That say a lot about expertise. read more

Nice thing about Basin Tire is that they don't try to upsell you with a bunch of stuff that you don't need or want like their competitors do. Quick service and reasonable prices. Great local shop to do business with. read more

My tire had a slash on the inside somehow. I discovered this when I went to go to the dentist today for an abscess. I called to tell them I had a flat, and it was being towed to them (I bought my tires there 4 months ago), new. I spoke with Kevin and explained the situation. He said he'd get me in right away when I got there with the tow truck. He was true to his word!! I had to be at the dentist by 3:30 to get an x-ray and some antibiotics. Well. His crew had my tire changed in 15 minutes!!! Amazing!! I am so, so grateful Thanks guys for helping out a senior citizen in need!! read more

My best friend told me that basin tire was way better than any other place in town so I brought in my Toyota Tundra rims as well as some vw rims to find new tires for both. The men working here had great attitudes as well as the best service I have seen in years! They were quick to make eye contact welcome me in and ask what I needed and they had me out of there quick with everything I needed at an affordable cost with no extra expenses. It wasn't just one guy with a great attitude working hard literally everyone here is on the same page. Thanks again guys keep up the good work! Had car troubles over 500 miles from home. After several phone calls to other shops with no success we reached out to Basin. Kevin and his team were great! He was able to locate the the parts needed and had his guys stay late to get us back on the road. He was honest, upfront, and communicated each step of the way. Additionally, he recommended a reputable tow company to get us towed to the shop. Would definitely recommend Kevin and his team at Basin Tire Service. Thanks again! read more

Basin Tire Service - Flat tire - Tires Near Me - Klamath Falls, Oregon

I came into the shop because I was told that I needed to have a new wheel that I ordered fitted onto my vehicle. I made my intentions clear: I only wanted to have the rim fit and to purchase it- no other services. After two hours of waiting, my car comes out with two new tires (which I had in the trunk because I was going to have them installed elsewhere for a cheaper price). I told the mechanic that I had not given him permission and he came up with a bunch of excuses which I invalidated by responding with the fact that I hadn't given him permission to which he ultimately responded by saying "well it's already done" and walking out. The cashier, which I will not name, because I don't believe he was allowed to do this, did not charge me for the installation, which was very kind of him and was the only positive experience I had at the business. When coming back out to my car to leave, my boyfriend noticed that my car door couldn't open all the way anymore. Being in a frustrated rush, I waved it off and continued to drive home as I didn't notice the new dent because I bought the car with dents on the door to begin with. When I arrived home I look closer I noticed that my door was dented and damaged with white paint on the side of it. I had remarked that while I was in the waiting area I had heard a loud crash while my car was being worked on. I reached out to the mechanic shop and after two days, they finally checked their footage. I was really hoping that it was just a hit and run in the parking lot but they stated they hadn't found anything and then proceeded to try and invalidate my experience by claiming they could see my car was already damaged to begin with, and that I had come in with the damage. After talking to a police officer, they said they couldn't do anything because it wasn't criminal but that I could sue. Mind you- this is just body damage that I wouldn't have even asked for compensation for in the first place if they had been upfront with me to begin with. I decided not to press charges but I read other low reviews and many people seem to have the same experience as me. If you plan on going here, know that their service is cheap because your car may not come out in one piece. read more

I was in on Saturday and got a new set of all weather tires. I brought in my own monitors that were purchased from the jeep dealer. The tire monitors didn't register with the car. I brought it in today and the tech was more than rude. He said they won't register, he than called someone and looked at us and told us. "Nothing we can do". I than took my car to les schwab and they did it no problems. I spend about a 1,000 on new tires. Horrible customer service from that technician, if you can't be nice to customers than get out of customer service. read more

This makes only the second time I've been to Basin both times have been very pleased with the tires that Kevin had recommended for my Truck and now my Jeep. This time he really hit it out of the park. Jeep rides a whole lot quieter and handles a lot better and is a pleasure to drive now. read more

Will never use Basin tire again. They parked my car in an unsafe spot and it was subsequently hit by a semi truck. They refused to take any responsibility (even though their employee was the one directing the truck) or even help out with the cost of tires for a car we won't even be able to keep after the damage it sustained. Don't take your car here if you want it to come back in one piece. If you had been that kind and gracious (as you were in your reply) when my husband was there to discuss this you, I would have happily upgraded my review. However, you were rude and not one of your employees ever apologized for the incident or the subsequent hassle it caused. I made it clear to your secretary that we did not want free tires- we just wanted someone to apologize and at least acknowledge the role of your employee in the whole mess. Instead, you accused my husband of trying to commit fraud, and were beyond rude. read more

Kevin at Basin Tire Service took great care of us. Ryan also was awesome. We came to Basin Tire Service with an unusual tire issue and they were so helpful and found a tire that fit. They found a snow blower tire that fit on our blown out cart wheel. They would have really put us in a jam if they didn't put in the time to research our tire options.
