He told me they want to put my car on their expensive radiator flush machine but my radiator doesn't need flushing. Then I had a problem with a noise it was making when I had to make a tight turn, like in a parking lot. He listened to it (can't recall if he looked underneath) and told me what the problem was. He said it was very expensive (over $1,000) to fix and I didn't have to fix it. I said that it would get worse. He said, no, it would stay the same. Mike is a Master Mechanic who is totally honest and doesn't overcharge. I have now been there many times and have always had great results. He not only got the part in one day and did the repair quickly after towning me himself to his shop (which he did not charge for) but he buffed out the scratched, fixed a broken support rod, washed, waxed the vehicle, spray painted the underneath to hide dents for me, fixed the broken bumper and he pulled out a dent and spray painted the dent so the car wass like new. Incredible. I couldnt have been happier. To find someone like this is very rare and I appreciated his work so much. He let me stay in his shop while he worked as I had no where else to go and charged me a very reasonable rate for all of these repairs.
