Browsing the Keno Tractors website, I found a great assortment of Branson/TYM tractors. I sent an email inquiry and got a reply a few days later. The salesman asked me some more questions and I promptly replied. He never returned my email. I have driven many pieces of equipment but never had to buy something so I had questions that needed to be answered and was hoping that the salesman would assist in finding what tractor would suit my needs. I then contacted another dealer, got a reply the same day, and I wound up buying a tractor two days later. My original budget with Keno was around $25K and I spent $30K at the other dealer, whom is further away from my home than Keno. I was very satisfied with the level of service that dealer provided. I then wrote to the owner of Keno and told him of my experience. Keno lost out on a sale and potential future parts sales from me. The owner wrote back and was very polite and hoped that I would give them another chance to earn their business. However, you only have one first impression and I was not impressed. I'll stick with the dealer that replied promptly to every email and phone call rather than a dealer that gets back to me when they feel like it. read more

keno tractors is someone who you should avoid. I purchased a used 2019 TYM T454 with 259 hours on it. the tractor was great but it was not until this year that I had a chance to really use it. I retired in July of this year and I put a wood chipper for it. I was using it for 3-4 hours a day but it kept going into regen every hour. I called to ask for help and I spoke with my sales person George and the GM Tyler. I got some good advice on how to go through the regeneration process. I did that on Friday but I was still having trouble. I called and talked with George Jones, the sale person and he gave me a few ideas including opening up the DPF and drilling some 3/4" holes in the center section of the DPF. I did a little more checking and I discovered that the EGT in the center section was loose and I Called George back to ask if that might be the issue and he said that it might be but I needed to ask Tyler next week. I decided to remove the DPF and open it up to see why I couldn't get the EGT to tighten up. when I opened the DFR I discovered that the filter element had been removed. I called keno on Monday to see if I could talk to Tyler about this. I first talked with the parts manager and I told him what I had discovered and asked him if I could just push the regen cancel to keep the tractor from smoking for a half hour. He could not answer the question and he transferred me to George. I explained that I had discovered that the DPM was empty and he asked me what I ment and I said that there was nothing inside the DPF. Geor said that I had to talk to Tyler tomorrow. Fast forward to today, I called him a couple times and was told that he was busy. I told them that I would be I would try later. I found that I had and email from Tyler telling me that they were discontinuing working with me and accusing me of claiming that I was saying that I was claiming that I had accused them of of modifying the tractors emi which was never done. Now I am left with a dealer that will no take the time to help. I would have been happy to help pay for this issue but I wasn't even given the opportunity to discuss it. If your looking for a dealer that doe stand behind what they sell then these are the guys for you, otherwise stee clear. read more

I purchased the 5155 from Keno Tractors in 10-10 2024. I received a fair price and the sales service was great. The problem started quickly afterwards when the front loader bucket hydraulic system started to freeze up. The dealership nor the corporate company would not come out to address this, despite the fact that the tractor had less than 12 hours on it . I had to pay $250 each way for the tractor to be brought in to Keno Tractors. I received the tractor back after about 30 days just in time for the spring planting. Within hours of using it again, the front loader hydraulic system froze up. The tractor has now been in the shop since April with problem after problem with the hydraulic system rendering the tractors useless The tractor has 37.5 hours on it when it went back to the dealership. It is now the middle of September and they're telling me that I might not get it back until the end of October. Since purchase, the tractor has spent most of the time in the service shop at the dealership. I want my money back or a new tractor. I have called the dealership & Corporate USA multiple times without resolution and have now filed a OR Department of Justice complaint against them. Next step is a lawyer. DO NOT BUY a tractor from them!! read more

I have had extremely bad experience with KENO tractor Trouble ordering parts, and not honoring warranty issues. I started doing business with another reputable dealer but still had a warranty issue open with them. This is their, and our response. I will also post this on their Facebook page. Keno Tractors: Due to the stop payment you issued on your paypal payment along with your demands that we remove parts from stock tractors to send to you, we have decided to no longer conduct business with you My Response: The stop payment was for goods I never received from you. I had to get it from another source. Can you show me proof that any of the parts I received from you were not compensated for??? I do not appreciate you insinuating I have taken KENO for any money owed to them. A complete fabrication. I ordered the filters on one invoice and a fuel cap on a separate invoice. Weeks went by so I ordered the filters and fuel cap from another dealer and received the filters TWO days later. Two days after that I received the fuel cap apparently because they had to order it from the factory.. So I no longer needed the fuel cap which I NEVER received from KENO. I called and YOU informed me it was still on backorder humm, the other dealer was able to order it??. The filters I ordered from KENO arrived weeks later and that order was FULLY paid for. Now I have some spare filters I can use in the future. It took me over a month to get the tractor operational. I promptly received the replacement hydraulic hose from the other dealer. It got me through the winter. Eventually I had another hydraulic hose rupture. So I had them all made for me at the local NAPA store and have had no trouble since. These were all on the third function valve. I also received valuable information about the leaking third function valve from another dealer. I was also able to repair that from o-ring sourced at napa. I also was able to order the wheel spacer I needed to install the chains after KENO insisted I didn't need them. The vendor was also provided to me by a different very knowledgeable parts person, NOT KENO. The after sale support I received from KENO was non-existent. Bad or no advice at all. Recently I needed some parts for the rear blade purchased from KENO. Guess what? I checked the owner's manual and discovered that the owner's manual sent to me at the time of the sale was for a different model blade. This tractor was purchased because we needed it primarily for snow removal. Not for fun and enjoyment. I have also received advice to document my grievances with keno before I make my next step. I still have a cab roof that was broken on arrival. It leaks rain and snow. I decided to wait and give you a lot of time because at least the tractor was functional. The last I heard about it from KENO is they were working on it. And yet you failed again. read more

I'm writing this because of disappointment in this tractor company. I made a order for parts back in July-August 2023, timeframe, still have heard nothing from Nan the parts manager who placed the order. I called several times to see when I might receive the order and was told that they would contact me for payment when parts arrived. Well its now Jan 3 2024, and I have heard nothing from the parts department. The funny thing is I even bought a tractor from these people in 2017, that was sent out without a good going over, had some issues with it that still exist today. My advise is that this group is all about selling, but follow up is lacking. If you have a choice look for a more reputable dealer that has 5 star ratings. Bought a used Mahindra 5010 from FB marketplace with provided pictures and verbal descriptions from Keno Tractor Employees. Drove 150 miles pulling my trailer to pick it up. I knew the seat had issues and the left fender had a crack. As I looked at it, I noticed a very large area of the hood was missing paint and a dent, not happy about it, I decided to deal with it, it was the size and make I was looking for and had name the trip up. Got the tractor home, looking it over, something was off, realized the left side of the loader mount was not only bent, but had been welded and the ram was bent, it had been rolled. Called Keno Tractor, claimed they were as surprised as me. Told them they needed to send a driver down for a full refund, they said we'll take care of it and they would contact me the following morning. Received a call from they, said a full refund was approved and I would receive it when I returned the tractor, needless to say, that don't fly!!! They said they had no ( drivers) that (he) was on vacation. I stood my ground, they said, ket me make a (couple) calls. Driver showed later that day. Full refund was to be transferred to my account the next day, plus my credit card refunded for the deposit I requested $160 for my fuel expenses as well, see what we can do I was told. Received the wire transfer this afternoon, $25 short, yes they let the bank deduct the transfer cost out of my refund, still waiting for my credit card refund! These guys are drinking the same kool-aid as rest of our Country! Zero Accountability, Zero Dignity or Self respect! I believe the owner, since I was being told was calling the shots, forgot where he came from, and or simply rode in on a shirt tail of no sweat and blood to build this company! He just doesn't understand how short the trip is to turn things upside-down and loss all Accountability and Reputation/Trust in comparison to the Journey to build it !!! This review is simply the highlights of the whole story! Every single employee I talked to at Keno tractors from finance, down to the guys in the shop prepping the tractor, were total pros ....all the way. Terrible service! Drove our tractor 2 hours for repair because we figured they would be the Mahindra experts. During repair, they broke the steering wheel, then tried to charge for repairing what they broke. When repairs were finally finished and we got the tractor home and started driving it, we noticed the hydraulic hoses were now routed differently and were dragging against the tractor tires. Called and spoke to The manager George who accused us of messing with the hydraulic hoses. Called again and requested to talk to the owner, George got on the phone and refused to allow a conversation with the owner. Do not take your tractor here for repair if you want it done properly and don't want to pay for what they damage! read more
