Even if you spend over $700 in one day they will treat you like rubbish and refuse you entrance to the store when you ask them to be good on their word and allow for store credit on the broken rubbish the sold you. They actually sold us a $140 dirty lawnmower that had a broken wheel zip tied onto it, which we discovered when we tried to use it. They obviously don't care about the quality of their items or customer satisfaction. You will have better luck on Craigslist.

They aren't standoffish or sketchy unless you are and it's generally a very comfortable experience. It's nice that some of the staff is female because it doesn't turn into a bro-fest and they are always helpful and able (and willing!) to answer any questions you might have. Their selection isn't the best, but what do you expect, it's a pawn shop. Prices are average, but when compared to Good Guys Gun's up the street, ALWAYS come here first. I'm sure they have other crap here too but I only go for the firearms selection. Comfortable, friendly, and a decent selection. This is one of two gun stores I've ever been to where I never have to wait for service or to have my questions answered. If I wasn't so picky I would shop here a lot more often then I do already.
