I ordered a transmission and was told it would be ready and available for pick up in 14 business…read moredays. The transmission never showed. When I call the store I was told it would be another 3 weeks by some hourly worker and I was told no manager was available to speak with. I was told to speak to the manager tomorrow. When I showed to talk to the manager he was not around and I was told to return in an hour. When I returned to speak to the manager they were not at the store. I waited for 30 minutes before he arrived. When he asked me what the problem was I explained mt situation at which he got extremely rude and disrespectful and eventually physically assaulted me. Customer service and upper management refused to return my call for five days. We they did get back to me they claimed no assault took place and the company would be returning my money and banned me from returning to their store. Somehow, I am the one who has to pay the price for their inability to provide products for which they took over 4000 cash saying they could get me the transmission. I am the victim of a physical assault and being lied to yet I am the one who is banned from the store. Nothing was said to the store manager and he continues to be employed by this untruthful and fraudulent company. If anyone continues to patronize store 3113 in klamath falls I am sure you can ALL expect the same type of customer service. I am calling for a boycott of this store and all O Rileys auto parts stores. A company who lies to their customers and then covers up a physical assault perpetrated by management deserves to suffer the loss of business from EVERY customer...WHO KNOWS YOU MAY BE NEXT!!!! So turns out the alternator was going out , so John check to see if he had the part which he didn't , but he went the extra mile to call around town for me to find the part. The wife always regretted me selling the 4Runner and wanted a replacement for it. To my surprise, this dealer had a TRD Off Road for about $38k, a decent discount off of MSRP. The TRD OR is probably the most popular model, and was shocked they discounted this without any hassle. And it was in a dark gray that I liked. I emailed them and someone promptly called me back. We discussed the situation and they allowed me to purchase the truck from California. They do it all the time since they're right at the border. I contracted with a car transport broker and the dealership handled the logistics from there. Fairly easy transaction. A few hiccups with paperwork and a headache at the local DMV. But, it was still worth it at the end of the day. Fast forward to the madness of late 2021 early 2022. I can sell this puppy for over $5k more than I paid. How crazy!

This tells me they pay attention to each run groups carefully; ensuring a smooth track time for everyone in their respective run group. The guys are friendly. Easy to talk to. Very approachable should you run into any issues throughout the day. You get a lot of quality track time and value. For the price they charge for their events I say it's hard to beat. Their signature '2-hour open pit sessions' offers some of the better value This goes on top of the regular 5 sessions. It's perfect to test/tune your car. Many track day groups say they keep "car counts low"... but it doesn't always translate that into the actual track time. Well, Turn 8 are truly "low car counts". From my experience, track seem open in the 'Advance' group. The racetrack is seemingly open. Traffic is kept to a minimum since drivers are grouped properly and accordingly with their current skill/experience. Their Time Attack is also another fun bonus should you sign up for it. They are sponsored by some of the well-known vendors/companies out there so the prizes for winning are epic. Keep this up, Turn 8!
