The lady explained it exactly the same as he did to me He asked the lady, so why didn't I get my discount is it because they don't like me jokingly she replies back jokingly, " You're right". THIS LEAD US TO BELIEVE THAT NAPA DOES NOT HONOR THEIR MILITARY DISCOUNT! The receipt states , TO RECEIVE MILITARY DISCOUNT "YOU MUST BE IN UNIFORM, HAVE MILITARY ID OR A VETERANS CARD" My husband showed the parts counter his veterans card like she explained. My call was not returned. When I made a personal visit, I met with the sales manager, who was genuinely concerned about the experience I had. He was a little upset that some items slipped through their regular inspection routines before going out the door and was asking why I didn't bring the car back. At about the time I was explaining that I had in fact called, the salesman that took my call stopped by his desk and told him I had indeed called, and that my call was forwarded to the service department but again, there was a breakdown in communications. The sales manager immediately ordered a loaner brought up to the office (brand new) and insisted I leave my car with them. This dealer proceeded to not only fix my complaints, but found other items needing a little attention and made ALL repairs at NO CHARGE, and even threw in a car wash. I am now convinced their intent was pure, they don't want something going out the door if it ain't right. One other thing.....the service writers get 5 stars, especially Daniel. He was very patient with this crusty old man, and a big thank you to Neil, the sales manager. I'll be back when we wear out the one we got.

When you give exact information about your vehicle and ask for a specific part you expect to get…read morethe right item you are looking for. So when you go to change the part out just to find that they gave you the wrong part and they are closed for the next two days what do you think happens?! Obviously you have to go to another business for what you need because going without a car for 3 days just isn't going to work when you have children that need to go to their sports events and happen to be a productive member of society therefore we do have jobs we must go to. So when I buy the correct part I need else where and try to return the WRONG part that YOU gave me is extremely frustrating when I'm told that my only option is to get the correct part (which I DON'T NEED because I already got it somewhere else since you were closed) or get store credit (which I probably won't use considering you've proven to be incapable of providing the correct part when given the correct specifications). You did your job wrong, you gave me the wrong part, you weren't available for 2 more days to right your wrong and now you won't refund the cash that I gave you in the first place? Very poor business ethic. That's not how you get repeat business. I would not recommend going here at all. Personally I've had excellent experiences with "you pull it" and that's where my loyalty and future business will be taken from now on.
