Lithia Ford recommended Good Vibrations so I stopped by to check it out. They were able to program the key to start the car. Ben helped us and explained exactly what had to be done. There was quite a bit involved to get it to work so it was worth the $350 to have it done. I started and shut it off numerous times to be sure there were no problems. The work has a warrantee and Ben said I could call if I had question or problems. I recommend Good Vibrations. They made sure the job was done right.

Went to pick up.. after paying an additional 20 to balance it I noticed that the weights they used were incorrect for my wheel. They swore up and down that I was wrong and the weights were "the right ones". Well, I paid and left only later realize they had marred my rim with the incorrect weights by pounding them on!! I don't know about anybody else but this is exactly what I was looking to avoid! By the way... a tire changer is only $50 at eBay... I recommend! Disappointed... hope they see this and refund me... If you need it they will sell it and install it for you but if what you think you need is not right, they will also say so. You can't beat the combination of knowledge and honesty that this shop has! You can also count on them for CB's and marine-oriented entertainment electronics. It's not their major line of business but for those of you who use CB's or want a boat set up with an audio system meant for marine use, be sure to come by and see their offerings. I have dealt with this shop for over 20 years and give them a BIG thumbs up! They're also nice guys to boot :-)

When business is good, it is good. when it is bad remember how you treated people. Referrals dwindle when your attitude is poor. The owners should be aware that there employees are a reflection on them. I have fired people for lack of customer skills. I am sure the owner knows what I am referring too. Maybe he should have that meeting with his people. There are ways to get your point across without the attitude. I don't care how good the skills of there installers are, they should be kept away for the phones, if he has to keep them.
