Everything was shiny and looked like a new car. I had it dry in my garage overnight with windows down and trunk open. When I went to drive it two days later, everything in the interior felt and looked oily. The car mats, dash, and steering wheel are slippery. The outside of the car is streaky and looks patchy. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the longevity of this service and am not a fan of the aloe vera method he used. In my opinion, not worth the money because I will have to clean the car again to get rid of the slick.

At that point it did not look like they were going to be there until at least 3:30. At 3pm I still did not have a response. So now its looking like its going to be after 4pm. At that point I was sick of waiting and did not want this to spill over into my family diner time. So I sent them a message to cancel. I got a sort of snotty message back at 3:15 stating that I had since I had said, I would be here all day, they didn't know what my problem was. They were rather rude considering! Without a doubt, the most unprofessional manager i have ever encountered. The manager Melissa(part…read moreowner), firstly failed to return my call regarding drive shaft repair/replacement quote. So i called again, was able to make an appointment for the following Monday at 8 am, because thats the only way the quote was possible. Come Monday i am a total of 10 min late, due to traffic coming from one hour away, and when i arrive, the secretary has no idea that there is even an appointment that morning. She tells me the manager just left 5 min before i arrived, and that because i was late, i will have to wait another hour for her to come back because apparently no one else works there that can look at my truck and give me a quote. The only reason i went... A quote, apparently, is not enough incentive to wait for a customer, or at the least, have another person on standby. I was told by the secretary that the manager had some allergies or something, and that i was late, she was justified in leaving her shop. Being the only manager, and i guess the only worker 45 min after opening on a Monday morning. Is that professional in anyway? I still cant believe how incompetent and inconsiderate these people were of a potential customer. They knew i drove an hour to get there. Unreal. Most unprofessional experience of any mechanic shop ive ever been to. Dont waste your time.
