Got back to our RV and noticed the front end seemed toed out by about half an inch. Called a couple shops that were getting 5 stars on yelp and they highly recommended custom automotive. Talked to Roy and he worked us into his schedule considering our travel plans. He called out a broken belt on one of the front tires that we had not noticed. Being carpy OEM tires we decided to have them all replaced which required us to go to a tire shop. What Ram puts junk tires on a $70k truck I can't understand. Roy had us bring the truck back to him so he could recheck the alignment. Truck drives like it should have off the lot. Roy and team managed our issue, performed their alignment and inspected our front end to ensure we were safe to travel and the cost was extremely reasonable! Thank you Roy and custom automotive for taking care of us. You guys are awesome.

One quick call to Steve's made the decision easy as he gave me a rough guess over the phone of approx 1/4 the price. When we brought my car in to his shop the first thing the next morning Steve immediately got on the phone to find the parts and the best solution for my problem, while his son started disassembling my vehicle for the new parts. In about 90 minutes my car had new parts and was ready to get me on my way for less than he quoted me over the phone. While talking with Steve (who is also a local fishing guide) I learned that he's been doing exhausts for 40+ years and his experience is evident in his knowledge. He came up with a solution to fix my current problem as well as prevent future issues. I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the great people. This turned what could have been a very expensive fix, and terrible end to my vacation in to a positive experience. If I am ever going to have exhaust work done on my vehicle I will probably drive the 4 hours from home just to give Steve my business!

At around 9:05 am I got a message saying they were one car behind, could they come later. I said, sure I will be here all day, just please give me at least a 1 hour notice. Then they messaged back saying it would be after 2pm. So, I reluctantly said, Okay. I could not understand why so late if only 1 car behind. At 2:20 I sent another message asking for an ETA. At that point it did not look like they were going to be there until at least 3:30. At 3pm I still did not have a response. So now its looking like its going to be after 4pm. At that point I was sick of waiting and did not want this to spill over into my family diner time. So I sent them a message to cancel. I got a sort of snotty message back at 3:15 stating that I had since I had said, I would be here all day, they didn't know what my problem was. They were rather rude considering! They will not earn my business now! Thanks for wasting my day! I had all my stuff out of my car ready to go! WHAT A LET DOWN!
