Second, he does what he needs to make sure the job is done right. Finally, he's super honest and affordable. We first took our CRV in to have the AC fixed. He got us in ASAP considering it was summer and over 100 degrees. Trust me when I say we saved hundreds of dollars taking it here and not to the Honda shop. We then took our hybrid Toyota Highlander in for an oil change, new air filter, tire rotation and a couple cosmetic fixes (one not so small). Got back to our RV and noticed the front end seemed toed out by about half an inch. Called a couple shops that were getting 5 stars on yelp and they highly recommended custom automotive. Talked to Roy and he worked us into his schedule considering our travel plans. He called out a broken belt on one of the front tires that we had not noticed. Being carpy OEM tires we decided to have them all replaced which required us to go to a tire shop. What Ram puts junk tires on a $70k truck I can't understand. Roy had us bring the truck back to him so he could recheck the alignment. Truck drives like it should have off the lot. Roy and team managed our issue, performed their alignment and inspected our front end to ensure we were safe to travel and the cost was extremely reasonable! Buyer beware!! My partner went yesterday to look at a truck…read moreand asked if he could test drive it to a different mechanic to have them check out the vehicle. Upon inspection, the new mechanic was absolutely appalled by the amount of rust damage. Three boys auto tried to spray paint and cover up all this damage... The price tag on the check was a little over eight grand. The mechanic I took the truck to advised us not to purchase the truck and that the truck would definitely break down sooner than later. What a complete trash company trying to screw people over to make a sale. I'm going to educate everybody in Southern Oregon about this trash auto company. If you find yourself dealing with the scam artist, please do yourself a favor and get a second opinion, These guys are crooks and should not be trusted.
