Got estimate at Star of $5000 & $4000 from Lithia so decided to help my insuarnce company by choosing Lithia. After keeping my car for a week it turned out that they missed MANY of the scratches and I had to go back. They now held my vehicle for ANOTHER solid week & yesterday I had to point out that they STILL missed some of the scratches. I haven't been able to recover my vehicle yet. It is now nearing the end of April. Hindsight being 20/20 I will use Star or another body shop in the future.

The condition of my car is definitely NOT pre accident condition. They never submitted the paperwork to my insurance to fight for the OEM parts because of the poor fitting with aftermarket parts. They are not honest, they let my car sit for over a week and then called me to ask I if I contacted my insurance for the next step yet...which now I was on my last day of rental car coverage! I have never had to be a middle man with my insurance and never should have had to be. THAT IS THEIR JOB!! Carstar Aplands has zero integrity when it comes to the quality of their work. I will never be back. Now lithia Auto Body is repairing the vehicle that carstar was unable to get right and my insurance is covering it all.
