I talked to Chris on the phone and described my problem, he said to bring it right in and he would run a quick diagnostic check on it. I was very impressed by Chris' knowledge and trouble shooting capabilities when he solved the problem in a matter of 15 minutes. He turned out to be the new owner purchasing the business about 4 months ago after gaining years of experience and knowledge at a large local Honda dealer. He also changed the oil, topped up fluids, gave the car a quick once over and charged a very reasonable amount for his services. What a find! I highly recommend Chris to any Honda owner!!

Had a fuse blowing and multiple codes since multiple systems were running off this particular fuse. I bought it to the shop and They worked on it for 10 hours trying to locate the issue. They did an excellent job identifying the problem. They didn't charge me for the full amount and gave me an incredibly reasonable deal for an incredibly difficult fix. I truly respect their professionalism and concern for the customer. I would highly recommend their services. They are trustworthy.

these people are terrible and have no sense of ethical business! my bf brought in his jeep bc it…read morewasn't driving normal. it sat there for 2 hours and then they insisted on keeping it another day. little did we know that is how they loop you in to rip you off bc at this point they hold your car hostage unless you pay a $150 diagnostic fee he never ever wouldv'e consented to! swtich and bait. he needed a new alternator and they priced him A $900 for an alternator!?! turns out that they were saying that had to remove and refill the AC etc.. and when he said no way can i pay that @$900 we dont have that kind of money they immediately didn't need to do the AC and dropped the price to @$700! at this point trust is breeched because they originally just said we had to remove the AC to install it and the do not credit the $150 diagnostic (that he never agreed to ) towards the new $700 bill that he was quoted (which he would never pay!!! ) they held his car hostage and refused to release it unless he paid the money that they extorted from him and he never signed. they kept saying that they made a 'verbal agreement' but when we asked for paperwork that he signed saying he consented to the diagnostic they had nothing and kept saying verbal agreement! highway robbery. then we called TNT automotive they came right to him, quickly installed the alternator and gave him an awesome honest fair deal , and the whole job including parts was @$320!!! done in an hour. the kicker being that TNT told us that they would've credited us their diagnostic towards the bill! worst customer service at rogue automotive ever and when he went in to confront him about never signing anything for the $150 diagnostic they refused to take any accountability and threatened to call the cops. gaslighting after exploiting people for money. rogue automotive are crooks.

They were able to get my car in the next day diagnosed, and repaired while I waited. Tech did the repairs quickly,then took the car for a test drive and was quite concerned about a rear wheel bearing noise. He recommended a quick ck and decided bearing was finished. The owner Ken gave me a loaner for the night and the Tech had my car ready to go by 8:30am. :} In my opinion this is exceptional service and should be recognized as such. Thanks for the help.

My husband has followed Andrew through the years and all over Medford as he built his skills and reputation. I'm actually hesitant to tell too many people about him because I don't want him to not have time in his schedule when I need him. But I can't help bragging about him and the service at SOAC either. I live on the coast and was in Central Point for a week because of a family member's illness. The…read moreweather in Central Point was snowy and icy while I was there, and the weather I was driving back to on the coast was windy and rainy. My nerves were already shot after a scary, worrisome week (that thankfully ended well!) and I just wanted some safety reassurance, so I stopped by Firestone to ask if they'd take a look at the pressure in my tires before I made the drive back home; I had super precious doggie cargo in the car after all! The Firestone staff told me to pull right up to the garage, came out and checked my tires, added some air, and that was that. They didn't charge me a cent. It was such a kind gesture, and the service put my mind at ease before the long drive home. I found the folks at Firestone on Table Rock Road to be good people. Take your vehicle there!
