Had a fuse blowing and multiple codes since multiple systems were running off this particular fuse. I bought it to the shop and They worked on it for 10 hours trying to locate the issue. They did an excellent job identifying the problem. They didn't charge me for the full amount and gave me an incredibly reasonable deal for an incredibly difficult fix. I truly respect their professionalism and concern for the customer. I would highly recommend their services. They are trustworthy.

However, they were polite and helpful which pleasantly surprised me. They even offered to help load my car on the transport, which I was exceedingly greatful for. They didn't even charge me to do this, so I was pretty pleased. They did forget to provide me with my furniture dolly, which was inconvenient but not totally earth shattering. What really killed it for me was that when I got home my Bluetooth on my phone was connecting to my car for some reason. I went outside to check on it and was alarmed to find that not only was my car on, but it was still in drive. They had at least engaged the parking break, but wow; talk about dangerous. Thankfully nothing catastrophic happened but I just keep thinking that if I hadn't noticed my Bluetooth I would have gotten to my destination the next day only to be greeted with a dead battery, if something disastrous didn't happen on the trip there first. The Firestone staff told me to pull right up to the garage, came out and checked my tires, added some air, and that was that. They didn't charge me a cent.
