We had it towed to Streamline Auto late in the day and Shawn told us he'd check it out first thing in the morning, and he did! When we got to the shop at 8:30 he already had it diagnosed and parts ordered! We were able to pick it up the following afternoon, running like a top and at a fair price! Thank you Shawn for getting us back on the road and finally able to get back home to Idaho!

Travis at Action Auto got back to me right away when I requested a call, and he was able to guide me thru what they can do to find the problem and also that they'll work with me as to repair priorities. After bringing in the car and having the mechanic go over the entire car, being able to have an honest conversation about what needs to be done....everything was explained to me in detail and my questions were answered with care and patience...helped me so much. I found their pricing fair and Travis detailed each item and went over what was involved in repairing each issue. I highly recommend Action Auto. They've been in business for over 40 years and their expertise and kindness, along with expert knowledge of vehicles, inspires confidence. This is my go to place to all things car related. Huge thanks to Travis and the crew.

I was up visiting in grants pass when all of a sudden, a terrible noise was coming from the front right of my engine bay. Not knowing the exact cause, had my suv towed into Tom's early on a Monday. By Monday afternoon they knew what was wrong, had the part is stock and could get me back on the road by end of the next day. They were even complete early and upon pickup, the tech showed me the broken fan from the radiator fan assembly that was basically wobbling away making quite the ruckus. I am so thankful that Tom's was helpful, knowledgeable and quick. They did come highly recommended by some friends so I'm glad I trusted them. If needed, will definitely take vehicles back to Tom's.
