When my Honda Pilot suddenly experienced rough running as it had in the last couple of years and I couldn't even get into the dealer service for a week and would have to leave the car for up to a week, I called HR. I talked to Chris on the phone and described my problem, he said to bring it right in and he would run a quick diagnostic check on it. I was very impressed by Chris' knowledge and trouble shooting capabilities when he solved the problem in a matter of 15 minutes. He turned out to be the new owner purchasing the business about 4 months ago after gaining years of experience and knowledge at a large local Honda dealer. My nerves were already shot after a scary, worrisome week (that thankfully ended well!) and I just wanted some safety reassurance, so I stopped by Firestone to ask if they'd take a look at the pressure in my tires before I made the drive back home; I had super precious doggie cargo in the car after all! The Firestone staff told me to pull right up to the garage, came out and checked my tires, added some air, and that was that. They didn't charge me a cent. It was such a kind gesture, and the service put my mind at ease before the long drive home. I found the folks at Firestone on Table Rock Road to be good people. Take your vehicle there!
