The next day I arrived Thursday @ 1;30 the gate was closed so I called the number on the gate and spoke with someone that said they were open to ring the bell and someone would be out to open the gate. After waiting for a few minutes nobody showed up so I opened the gate and drove in , after I parked and got out someone came out of the building and said they were on lunch and closed . He walked us around the toy hauler and explained that it was a customers and they brought it in for water damage on the front . He said they fixed it and then customer lost job because of COVID-19 AND COULDNT PAY. WE LATER Found OUT THAT WAS UNTRUE AND IT WAS HIS TRAILER! We even scheduled a repair with him on some other damage so his shop would get the money. Not even 24hrs later the repair he was proud about bubbled out in the rain on both sides. The generator didn't work ike he promised and he stated he would make it right to bring it back. My husband took another day off from work and drove it back up, THEN TIRE SIDE BLEW OFF AND ALmOST HIT AN OSP OFFICER ON THE FREEWAY!! Upon arriving steve fish told my husband where to park and proceeded inside. Things got heated and him and his wife janet kicked him off the property and told us they would not repair it or give us our money back. His wife is a horrible human being and went as far as to lie and say she was there during the transaction (she was not). When…read morepicked up truck after getting tires they've said there is a shake at 55 and to come a few weeks if it doesn't get better . We'll needless to say I couldn't even drive truck passed 55 . When I questioned why it was not done rigjt the mechanic said he did not have time . I had to take truck to another garage . For one thing he put wrong size tires are on truck now and they where not balanced. My guess is that he does not have right tools for what he offers. I highly recommend going elsewhere for service , especially on a commercial company vehicle. Cost me a day of work and alot more on getting tires re mounted and balanced. Also now my speedometer is wrong due to wrong tire size. What a joke.
