I was having a terrible morning after my tire went flat. I booked an appointment to have it fixed at 8:30. I arrived at 7:45 and expected to wait at least until they opened for help. John noticed I was out front and came to help me before they even opened. He noticed I had dogs in the car as well and welcomed them inside. That experience made my day! read more

This is something I take very seriously and ALWAYS check the tightness of the lug nuts with my own star tire iron when I get home (its my life if the wheel falls off). Big O tires helped me with tires on my Xterra. The wheel hubs were loose, so I had to take it home and install new bearings and repack them. Giving them five stars because I got the alignment package and I didn't torque them enough the first time. Travis looked up the torque spec that I doubled check with him and had to take it back a second time to try to get an alignment. Had a 4:00 APPOINTMENT for an oil change today. Dropped the car off with Jose. Came back at 5:30 to pick up. Jose was gone. The only employee left at Big O went out to the garage, walked around for a few minutes, came back and told us the oil change never happened... Continued to say it would be ready the next morning around 9am, 'Our oil change guy leaves at 5:00'. Huh? Did I make an appt to leave my car overnight? it's an oil change, not a full on tune-up. Do they think i don't need the truck back to go to work the next day? I do have a job. Is 4pm to 5pm not enough time to complete an oil change with an APPOINTMENT? What terrible customer service and communication. I'll never take a car to this Big O again and neither should you. read more

Rod, the district manager called me later in the evening. He agreed that a few things hadn't gone right with this service. Since the total bill hadn't been discussed before the service began, we agreed on a fair cost for this service. Again, I would stress to customers to get a bottom line estimate in writing before proceeding with a service so everyone's on the same page. Lastly, I would reiterate that if something is going wrong with the service, (in this case stripped lugnuts), that you prime them to contact you at the first sign of a problem. read more

I went in to get an oil change and to have my tires checked as I had a low pressure light on. When I asked them to look at it was told by the service representative I could just bring it up and fill it my self....... I took it to a tire place for that service. He was belligerent and refused to look at the tires and finally said we are done with tires for the day at 12:00 noon. Turns out there was a nail in the tire. Do not use this business. Purchased tires in Jan. 2020, was told they have a lifetime warranty. Back right tire isn't holding air now, made an appt online for oil change and tire rotation at 1pm on 11/21, which was confirmed via email. Arrived for my appt at 1255, was told they had "no time to do any tire services, even flats bc (we're) too busy doing installs". Wtf?!?! THATS WHY I MADE AN APPOINTMENT!!! So even though there's a lifetime warranty on the tires, and you're too concerned about placing new tires for the money over customers who've been loyal is bullshit!!! Late last Friday night, right before closing, we got a puncture. We had dinner in the car, and we were trying to get everyone home after a long week, it was snowing but we had no choice so we stopped in. Had been a customer here for over 4 years, recently took my truck in for tires, they told me I needed an alignment. no problem, took the truck out and felt like a tire was out of balance, had to take it back they told me yes they missed the balance!!! WHAT! took the truck out seemed to be right now, next day I checked the air pressure and one of the valve stems was damaged and wouldn't take air, called them AGAIN had to take it back, the service tech told me they didn't have the correct valve stem, and couldn't fix it that day. Had a conversation with the front desk and expressed my disappointment I had to bring my truck back 3x, I think at this point any customer would be upset, Shane the front desk person obviously was not taking it well and actually stood up and got in my face!!! this is a customer service person!!! Drove my truck to Les Schwab they fixed it on the spot.. I will NEVER go back to BIG O again they lost a good paying customer forever Mural of this don't go in and complain if you have to bring your vehicle back several times as I did or you might get the same treatment! My wife and I have been long term customers and bought tires & brakes and had most of the oil change services as well. In December 2022, we purchased brakes & rotors from the Smoky Hill location and we noticed a loud squeaky noise within a month. We took it to the same shop we purchased and they told us nothing was wrong. The same vehicle went in for an oil change in April and we addressed the noise issue again and the shop denied hearing the noise. It got worse, where every vehicle in all directions could hear our brakes and this time (August 12th), they finally admitted. They first denied that we never had any brakes changed from them, until I showed them the original receipt and their excuse was they had entered a wrong VIN number in the system previously. Then the shop first mentioned that our brakes are not under the warranty, but they quickly changed their words and said it was, but since the brake we received back in December is out of market, they can offer us new ones, but we had to pay a little extra. I really wasn't sure what the warranty terms were and was tired of this issue, so we asked the guys how much it would be, and the representative (Dennis) told us "Let's meet in the middle, at $80". I asked to be sure, "$80 out the door?" and he said yes. Now the shop called us saying we owe $120. After reviewing the warranty terms, we are extremely confused and frustrated and very disappointed with these incidents. We will most likely not be going to Big O Tires from now on, unless we get a clear explanation as to why we are going through the situation this way. Hope to hear back fast. read more

These guys at big O are awesome. the idiot light for low pressure on one of my tires went off. So I went to big O and they pulled off the tire and threw it in the dunk tank to see if they could detect any issues. I was half expecting them just to through the hose on it and make sure the pressure was right. Way above and beyond the call of duty. Great job big O! read more

Came back home, and the caps from two of my lug nuts were missing. I also had to hand tighten about 6 lug nuts after I saw that they were turning just by using my fingers. My car was the last one out before they were closing, so they must have been in a hurry. I wonder if they will replace my lug nuts. UPDATE: Went back to the store and told the gentleman with the mustache what had happened, and he apologized and told me that he'd replace he covers. Will update again. read more
