Normally the staff who answer the phone for take-out are quite pleasant but we've encountered some really ill-equipped kids in this role that simply don't know what they're doing. After numerous negative on-site dining experiences that were suboptimal, the take-out process now appears to be faltering as well. Regrettably, while I once heartily recommended Ollie's I believe they now have systemic service quality issues which, while insidious, are not intractable.
