3 Tenders Original Crinkle Cut Fries
Nathalie C.

I think Big Chicken is a solid chicken spot for sandwiches and tenders. Their chicken is juicy, perfectly fried and seasoned. Their original chicken sandwich is very good, their bun is so soft, and pickle compliments the chicken well. The tender was very juicy, I added Nashville hot rub which had a nice kick. Their crinkle cut fries are not too salty, and it comes with different BBQ sauces that you can choose from. I think this spot is good to try, though, for fast food, it is a bit pricier than Popeyes or Chic Fil A. Service is good, huge parking lot.

Still the same as last time we visited...AMAZING! Except...no ice in the machine. But they didn't mind filling it up behind the counter. It was our daughter's first time at Big Chicken and she agrees...the sandwiches were best! We differ on the fries though...so now her inheritance is gonna be much less than before the fryasco... Consistently giving great tasting food thus far is a huge plus.

Big Popcorn Chicken, Lucille's Mac n' Cheese, Uncle Jerome's Nashville Hot, Original Big Chicken

We've been here 4 times in a month and the food is pretty solid! The chicken tastes great. Every time we've gotten food to go, it has been fresh and ready right on time. Uncle Jerome's Nashville Hot is delicious in both sandwich form and popcorn chicken - it's our go to. The fries are just ok, nothing special. We've been obsessed with their seasonal sweet tea which has been peach flavored lately. We go just for that sometimes! So far, all of the employees have been really nice and the inside has always been super clean. We'll definitely be regulars here!

We got tenders, fries, grilled cheese, and mac and cheese. Everything was pretty good! The mac and cheese left a bit to be desired but the chicken was tender and moist. Place was slammed but we were still able to find seating. Lots of bussers and employees to help.

Chicken places are chick places, they are as frequent as a Starbucks. This place is just a little bit different. Yes, you walk up and order at a counter and then wait. While the menu selection is average, the food is not. I ordered a Shaq attack and Dirty Fries. The chicken sandwich is not greasy nor oily but crisp and with great flavor and just a hint of spice. Now the Dirty Fries are big, they could be a meal by itself. Imagine small steak fries that are cut thin, with bbq sauce and cheese. The restaurant seating is your everyday place and resembles an average cafeteria. This is probably a place that I will need to visit a couple more times at least to make sure

Big Popcorn Chicken

Shaq's new one stop chicken shop in Mulkiteo, WA. I ordered the big popcorn chicken combo. The flavor of the chicken is nice. They use chicken thigh meat so you're guaranteed to have juicy pieces. My only con is that I prefer for my chicken to be fried extra crispy. The French fries are top tier though - perfect size and texture. There is also a sauce bar for you to mix and match with whatever you order, which is cool. Overall not a bad place to eat at or order from. The inside is very clean, and made to entertain (as they have TV's inside).

Check out the wing flats!
 Chicken wings from Big Chicken.

My first visit to any Big Chickens and it was expensive for what we received. Spent $40 for 10 piece wings & a 3 piece tenders combo. The tenders were small but the most offensive thing was the wings. The wing flats that we got looked to be only half of a flat with the bone exposed. Charging $18 for drumettes (that were whole) & flats (that are only half) is just wrong. This cannot be commonplace for Big Chicken, I saw some pictures online and those flats were not like the ones we got. It's been weeks since we ate there and it still bothers me.

BC burger, shaq attack, jalapeno slaw and kids popcorn chicken with strawberry milkshake
Rona Q.

We came in on Sunday afternoon and there is no line. Server greeted us and we were able to order right away. We ordered popcorn chicken kids meals with sweet potato fries, original BC burger, shaq attack, side jalapeno slaw, side of fries and strawberry milkshake. Everything was good and we will definitely be back to try different items on the menu. Interior was clean. Refillable station of sauces and drinks which i like since I was able to try the different sauces.

The ultimate & BC fries
Tori L.

Similar to chick-fil-a but chicken here is much tender. I really enjoyed the Cobb salad but the grill cheese was just ok, too greasy. My husband said the ultimate sandwich was ok, he wouldn't order it again. Overall, pretty good but it's on the pricy side for a fast food restaurant.

Big & Sloppy, Chocolate sundae and chicken sauce on the side!

My wife wanted a lighter breakfast so went with the continental breakfast which came with eggs to order, banana bread, and fruit. The huevos rancheros was very tasty! It's definitely something that I would order again, although I would still like to try the avocado toast as well. At many other tables, I could see traditional breakfast fare such as french toast or pancakes that also looked tasty. My wife gave me a taste of the banana bread and it was delicious! Thick cut like texas toast, and much less dense than homemade banana bread that I am used to. Alas, the server said they might discontinue it, and that they didn't have a recipe but probably ordered it. Shame, now I must find this delicious banana bread! This is a small local chain, but I certainly wish they had a franchise down in the Portland area!

I got a steak and eggs, and it was so disappointing, texture felt like I was chewing on a piece of leather, for $21 it was not worth it at all and honestly I doubt my steak was 6oz. My husband got the sandwiches and said they were nothing special and that $14 was way too expensive for what he got.

We had a MARVELOUS experience!…read more My bf, his mom and myself passed by this place on a couple of walks. I've also marked it as a place to visit. It is part of the Staybridge Suite hotels here and this hotel in general, is always packed! We finally know why! The hotel inside is beautiful -- woodwork and a cozy ambience! The 5 x 5 bar & bistro is new. What it was before was an old theater. Matthew was a one-man show with two ladies helping him with carrying the done orders to the tables. It was actually quiet on a Wednesday when we had went. Only 3 tables occupied. We missed happy hour and settled on the regular menu. I had the chicken tenders (4-pc) with lemon pepper seasoning (oh my -- this was delicious!) along with sweet potato waffle fries. I also got the hummus plate -- fresh veggies and the hummus had feta cheese and olive oil too, yummy! My bf had the pepperoni pizza with cheddar cheese and topped with green onions. I had a taste of it and it was pretty good! My bf's mom had the fish burger with a side salad. Matthew was so kind and made a mental note of the orders. He even remembered my bf's mom saying 'no cheese' and he doubled checked with her after looking at the fish burger. Real nice guy and his service with the ladies was warm and delightful! They're forming an events room hall that will be done soon that used to be a pool area (so yes, no swimming pool anymore). They also have a nice patio area with long chairs and a nice mini bar/grills in the middle. I also had a limoncello cooler and my bf's mom has red wine too. We'd come back again!

In short Great deals on great drinks, food is really solid,…read moreand the setting is nice and friendly. Only drawback is that the hours are limited. In long Lately we've been seeking out places that are literally quieter--less volume on the music, more space between the tables, and so on. I'd been wanting to check out 5x5, anyway, since it's the only spot around with an exactly perfect rating score. It looked like it'd fit the bill for a low-key place, and off we went. We came in shortly after they opened on a Saturday (4:00 PM). You're in a larger business-traveler hotel here, aimed at Boeing and Boeing-sub folks traveling for work. The building looks kinda generic from outside, but there's plenty of parking, and the lobby has a high-ceilinged atrium vibe for sure. Nice floor tiles, nice carpet, tasteful furniture. Everything's in perfect shape. You don't feel the lounge vibe right away, but there's a gigantic fireplace ahead of you, warming both sides of the room from the middle. Around that, there are lots of sturdy, shiny tables under the lofty ceilings. Off to the side, there's a little lounge area, then another one. Everything in the lounge is bar-height seating, and there are a few flatscreens, probably showing the game. Most folks are in here, sitting around the bar in the middle of the room. We posted up at a table just outside the lounge. Lindsey was behind the bar, and cheerfully answered every single question we had about food and all their cocktails. She's super friendly and makes a great drink for sure. She seems to have a bunch of regulars who aren't staying at the hotel, which is a great sign, no doubt. We checked out the warm pretzel--such a decadent treat. The waffle fries (and especially the aioli that came with them) were awesome. The pizza was a great choice; we added pickled onions to the Speedway. The crust could be a little crisper but we took home what we didn't finish and it's great here, too. Service on food and drinks was really quick. The cocktails here can be really creative, and there are lots of classics with house twists on the recipe. They even have a pisco sour they've tweaked--that's a fair bit of work for a bartender to make mid-shift. We got 5 great drinks and 3 nice plates of food for $96, and I don't think we even ordered anything from the HH menu. This is a very easy place to add to the rotation.

We were there during the Seahawks game and one of the waiters noticed us struggling to see the TV as there were plant decorations and she moved them all out the way so we could watch which I thought was super thoughtful. [4/5] Food We got crab rangoons to start - I don't think I would get them again as the outer shell wasn't my thing (maybe the type of wrapper they used?) I got the chicken pho and my husband got the pho dac biet. We both enjoyed our meal - the bean sprouts and greens were fresh. Broth tasted very clean - we didn't find it too salty. We paid $49 before tip. A bit on the higher end price wise for pho. [4/5] Location/Parking Located in a small plaza right next to Grocery Outlet. In a small plaza by Highway 99. Adequate parking.

I actually don't like pho all too much (compared to other Viet soups) so I got the bun cha gio thit nuong. The vegetables were fresh, the thit nuong was sweet and salty with a nice chew, and the cha gio was crunchy with good filling. Service: (5/5) Again, super friendly and gave a homey vibe that reminded me of my own Viet family. They were having a team lunch while we were there and it was super heartwarming to see!

I've been aware of the Seattle location because of the cute name, like mountain bao, but never visited. Lynnwood (Mill Creek) area is a bit more convenient, so decided to stop by. Kind service, mainly taking orders and dropping off food, but was pleasant. Green Beans - solid green beans! No meat but stir fried well. A bit pricey but a solid shareable portion. I'd love a version with some meat but I can appreciate being vegetarian friendly. Pan Fried Pork Bao - sadly no soup in this pan fried bao. I think there was too much bread because everything was very doughy while the actual pork was tiny in comparison. If there was more meat then maybe the extra large dough would be okay. On the bright side I guess this is a filling item with the carbs. Xiaolongbao - Unfortunately, 2 out of 8 XLB were ripped and the soup spilled in the steamer. Those ones were extremely sad and disappointing. However, even the remaining 6 XLB didn't have that much soup. I would skip the XLB here which sucks because the place literally has bao in the name. Shu Mai - tasty, hearty, comfy, and satisfies the craving perfectly. Large and scrumptious, as delicious as any dim sum spot. Highly recommend because I was shocked, not expecting much.
