I told the teens about getting "a bag of Dick's." They thought it was hilarious. My parents wanted somewhere cheap and quick. And so we landed here. I'd been to other locations, but not this one. This location is actually still pretty new. There was a crowd, but the lines moved pretty quickly. The service was great - friendly, patient, fast, and got everything correct. The burgers are so yum. Especially for the price. Finding a tasty burger at such a low price is pretty damn near impossible these days. And the fries and shakes are good too. A place that is affordable, tasty, and pleases three generations of family riding in a car together? Oh hell yeah. This was an excellent choice for lunch.

We heard the Dick's Drive In was a place we must visit while in Washington. We were pleasantly surprised. They have a very simple menu that is quite cheap, service is fast and the food was great! There is no seating so plan to park, walk up to the window to order and leave with your food. The fries are skinny, hot and crispy. The burgers are smashed burgers and have crispy outsides, perfection! Don't expect to order anything extra on the burgers. You can get onions, ketchup, mustard and tartar all on the side but can't add them to your burger. Tartar sauce is the closest they have to mayo. It's literally mayo and pickles and that's what they use on the burgers in place of mayo. The menu says mayo and chopped pickles but they're mixed which is their "tartar". Their milk shakes are also great and cheap. You've gotta try this place out!

Dicks is the best fast food in the PNW. Reasonably priced service is always really quick. This is an easy stop to grab a quick lunch and continue on your way. Been to every location!

This location just opened near us and it lives up to the hype. The burgers and small and thin and we usually order two each. The fries were good two. Not too crispy but kind of soft. The orange swirl ice cream was really good too. They don't have ranch but they do have tartar sauce. You need to get of your car to order and you eat in your car. The line goes by exceptionally fast and we haven't had to wait long. Definitely will be back next time we are craving burgers.

I love Dicks! There is nothing like ordering a big back of Dicks and sitting on the curb or the bed of a truck and stuffing your face. Definitely the best local fast food burger chain in the northwest. The service is always quick and accurate. This is the newest location and I got ho here for the first time! I believe they opened a few weeks ago. It looks basically like every standard Dick's, its just shiny and new. I don't live near any Dick's, but I have a reoccurring dream where they announce that they are taking over Burgerville (which is overrated and way too expensive for what you get) and I eat there every day!

It's not just any drive-in... it's Dick's! We've now had Dick's Drive-In on two separate occasions while down in Everett. The first time, I must have been starving because I went all in with a Deluxe and a Cheeseburger, plus a vanilla ice cream with hot fudge. My husband ordered the Special, a Cheeseburger, and fries. I had my eye on the Special because it came with two patties, even if they were only 1/8 lb each. I'm not a big pickle person--I like them sometimes--but I didn't think to ask if the pickle relish could be left off. The fries were underwhelming, kind of like they were trying to be Five Guys fries but missed the mark. The prices also felt a bit steep for what you get. While it has a cheap, classic drive-in vibe, it adds up quickly if you're a hungry adult looking for extra protein. I do love the retro look of the building and the overall atmosphere, but in my head, a true drive-in should have servers on skates delivering food to your car. All in all, if we're hungry and nearby, we might stop again, but it's not somewhere I'd go out of my way for.

Deluxe + Small Root Beer.

This is the newest location and I am 100% here for it. All of the classics... the Deluxe, Special, Cheese, Regular hamburger + shakes, hand cut fries, fountain sodas + ice cream! This is an iconic no frills drive-in / order at the glass-window establishment located an easy 5 minute ride from the airport at Paine Field. Re-route that navigation app and stop by Dick's on your way into town or before you hit the road. While there might not be seating available it is well worth it to tailgate or stand at the side counter and enjoy a Deluxe w/ root beer & fries. Can't wait to be back!

In short Food's above average for fast food. Everything else…read morecould use attention, especially the prices. In long This one opened here a year or two ago and a buddy of mine flipped for it. Worked his way through the whole menu over the course of a couple months and couldn't pick a favorite. He literally loved everything he tried. I got a bite here and there when I'd bump into him and it was obviously good fast food. After driving past it dozens of times, today I finally stopped for lunch. The drive-through lane is evidently new, and it definitely feels like an afterthought. It doesn't go past the building to create space, it's just a little turnaround in the parking lot that leads to the window. Not a great sign, but okay. I didn't want to linger too long over picking what to have, so I just went with the #1 meal. Menu board says it's $12.49. The cashier on the intercom replies that it's almost $17.00. What did I do to modify it? That's way more than the sales tax, even around here. Get up to the window and you don't hand them your card. They hold out a reader. Okay, fine. Then they hand you the reader...so you can tip. For drive-through fast food. That already cost 30+% more than the menu board said it would. It's my own guilt that makes me tip, not their insistence, but, still, I tip, so now this little sandwich is $20. I pull out and am ready to eat already. Reach in and pull out...just the chicken. They don't wrap the sandwich. They put in a little cardboard tray and kinda line that. But it barely fits, so you can't get it out while you're driving, so you pull the sandwich apart without even realizing it. Okay, I'll eat when I get where I'm going, 'cause there I can park for a while. Try to pop the straw with no success...wrapper is stronger than the straw, which bends. Finally unwrap it at the next red light. Try to put the straw in the drink, and, like the wrapper, the lid is also stronger than the straw. But they overfull the drink, so now I have iced tea in my cupholder, and the straw's still not even partway in. I'm now 3 red lights into my next leg of errands, and all I've done is clean up little messes. Finally get where I'm going, and the tea is tiny, and the fries are definitely not overly large. No idea where the upcharge came from. Sandwich is solid, though. Super heavy breading on the chicken, but tastes good, and the bun is strong enough to hold it. Crinkle-cut fries also hold their own. For $20 I'd expect either more food or no niggling little inconveniences every step of the way, and they didn't deliver on either one. I'm really surprised that it turned out to be such a drag trying to eat here, but, thinking back, I do believe my buddy ordered delivery every time and never tried to eat while driving. Live and learn.

I also think this location recently got a drive thru with one small window which was nice. We got the dunks meal and subbed the fries for onion rings plus an additional side of mac and cheese. It was all literally so good and I have no notes! Although I'm not the biggest fan of mac and cheese in general, their's was one of the better ones I've had and they even used cavatappi instead of the usual elbow shape.

When they cook their meats, it's always tender, juicy, and extremely flavorful. To the point where I crave and feel like I'm addicted to it. Whenever I get hungry, my first thought is "more lengua" from here. And it never misses the mark. The food is consistently delicious, made in large portions, and the price is fair for what you get. I can tell that the people here put care and pride into what they cook. From taste alone, I do not see them cutting any corners. There are no fillers. It's just authentic food. My favorites from here are the lengua burritos, and their al pastor burrito. Always flavorful. Always large portions. Supremely delicious. If you crave this style of food, please give them a try. I promise that you'll be full and satisfied, just like I always am.

Prices have always been a little higher at TT but the value is there, even as everything everywhere keeps getting more expensive. In long This location has been in range for me for almost 20 years, and since we moved 8 years ago, it's barely a mile away. Been here dozens of times in 2 decades...and have still never gone inside. The Bev Park--Speedway intersection is a pain, especially turning in here from Bev Park. But it's worth it, even if you have to wait 3 times to turn before you get to the drive-through. Maybe it's because they landscaped it pretty heavily and you can forget about traffic for a second...lol. There's only so much you can say about TT that isn't already known to most of us. Burritos, soft tacos, taco salads, tater tots with a little bit of salt and pepper ("Mexi Fries"!). They will change almost anything on any menu item, even practically customize a whole taco salad with minimal carbs. That taco salad is good, btw. The summer before my senior year at the U, a buddy of mine and I worked together, got lunch together every day. I hate to admit how long ago I was in college, but we would laugh about how much it would cost if we went to TT and ordered enough to get completely full. Our jobs included riding mountain bikes all day, so we were always hungry at lunch. One day we found a $20 on the ground, took it to TT, and even in the 90s, we still needed another $8 or so to get full. These days, a combo meal is usually cheaper than burger fast food--typically in the $12-$14 range. Given that everything they make has recognizable flavors of meat and veg, with minimal chemically-processed overtones, this feels like an awesome value now. I won't try to change anyone's mind about how good this place is compared to other fast food, let alone real food. People make up their minds about their favorite fast foods pretty early in life. This one has been mine since before it started seeming like a better bargain for the dollar compared to the other chains.

Since then, a Georgian couple, I think they are Georgian, has taken over. I was in the mood for a Philly cheesesteak in addition to trying something different. After my perusing of the menu I knew what was going to be my pick for the evening. I live in Everett and this place is just right down the freeway, which is a short jaunt considering it is the Boeing freeway and it's not a bad drive at all. After pulling up, i headed inside and it wasn't crowed at all. I did a quick look over on the menu and glanced at the available slices and was greeted warmly by the husband. I knew what I wanted but it was going to be a split order. I let him know that I was going to eat in first and then order to go afterwards and he was welcomed to it. I first ordered a slice, the meat lovers or pepperoni and sausage. And Caesar salad. The salad was a regular portion but they have a larger as well. The slice was decent. The majority of pizza parlors throw slices back in the oven for a quick reheat and this was no different. Great crisp, not too greasy and the bite was good. My favorite local spot is Brooklyn brothers but this was not too far behind. The salad was good. Classic romaine, chopped to bite-sized pieces, excellent mouth size and the dressing was on point. Croutons, which were plentiful, and I enjoy that, rounded out with a good amount of shredded Parmesan. It wasn't the best but when you have a good caesar salad it's damn near good enough. After my first palate cleanse, i went to place my to go order. A Philly cheesesteak and their kachapuri. The cheesesteak was simple, just meat and cheese, which is my personal standard. The kachapuri was their pizza dough, a mix of cheeses and Georgian cheeses and an egg yolk, that was added father it was cooked. It was accompanied by a slab of butter. The cheesesteak was delicious. It was meaty and cheesy lol. The dough was soft and absorbed all the drippings of the meat and cheese and each bite was perfect. There an always better cheesesteaks and some are standards but this one set a great mark compared to my poach offerings, even the ones that cheesesteak in their namesake. I was happy. After I wolfed down the first half, I saved the rest for the next day and dove into the Kachapuri. This was my first time having this dish and it was a great choice. Be warned that this is a heavy dish and very rich. I had to spread it out over the next few days but each reheat was great and never did it decrease in flavor or quality. The flavor is extremely piquant. Savory, creamy and the addition of the yolk and butter just brings it to another level. Again, it is heavy and should be paired with something lite, salad, vegetables, a tame meat or subtle fish but if eaten on its own, good enough. Check them out and if you're curious, go for the cheesesteak and if you're in the mood add the kachapuri. You wont regret it.
