Menchie's is always a fun experience! You take a bowl and can choose and mix what flavors you like then have plenty of topping choices including hot fudge, sprinkles, brownies, gummy worms, and much more. I chose the chocolate and mango with hot fudge topping and it was delicious. This location seemed a little low staffed but definitely popular with many groups coming and going. Service was quiet but nice. Bright decor but so many signs everywhere it feels a bit overwhelming. Overall a yummy summer treat :) read more

I came here many times. The froyo mostly taste good. What make this place is 3 stars because of 2 reasons. First of all, I've never seen a single staff every single time I walked in. It could take 5 minutes wait or so. Many times I waited for long time before they showed up. Noone heard when we called. While waiting, I couldn't try it right away either because they don't put the tester cups on the counter anymore. It's very upseting. Another worse thing, I came here maybe more than 10 times, order at least 2 cups to 4 cups, entered my phone number on their system, but I've never been able to have enough point to reedem my point. They ALL said, next visit you'll be able to redeem your points. But every single visit, always said next visit! For somehow, I feel I've been scammed to by the company. They checked, all info is correct, but my point never enough. read more

This place is great food wise but severely lacks on customer service. Every time I have gone in during regular hours the employee is in the back or on their phone not really paying attention when customers are ready to check out. When it's fill your cup day there's only one employee to handle a line that's out the door which is pretty hectic and the seating options are limited. Other than that, they have a ton of choices toppings wise. Their popping boba is very good and the fruit toppings are fresh. My fav froyo flavor is their lemon or strawberry sorbet flavors especially if you mix it with their fruit options. I have purchased one of their cakes for a birthday once which was a super complicated process trying to get a pic on the cake but I got through it. The cake was correct, looked great and tasted fantastic. read more

I love froyo and while I don't think Menchie's is the best, it satisfies the job. The one here participates in the "Fill Your Cup Friday" promotion at night so you can go crazy with the froyo up to 3 toppings and only pay $6! Machines work well here, employees are pretty chill and friendly, and there's a fair amount of seating. It's also in a convenient plaza with food options available so definitely easy to hit after a meal. Some toppings are in plastic containers, mostly the candy ones. The fruit, cheesecake, mochi, and boba are in the normal scooping containers. Not sure why they're different or if this is a standard across Menchie's these days, but they used to all be scoopable so that was interesting to me. I haven't come outside of Friday night yet so maybe the plastic containers toppings aren't included as part of the weight? Something to think about. read more

Smells so sweet when you walk in!! Love the variety of toppings and flavors. My go to is always the cake batter with popping boba, fruit, cookie dough bites, and the marshmallow syrup. I love how they decorate the place and have seasonal spoons and flavors based on new movies, etc. The workers are nice and welcoming. It's such a fun experience to make your own frozen yogurt. read more

Limited toppings and the good ones are all prepackaged . Really a bummer as that's the best thing with self serve. Flavors today were chocolate, vanilla, cookies and cream, limited flavor cotton candy, cake batter, and banana pudding. I won't be back tho, since I can't pick the weight of my own toppings. read more

They refused to uphold a corporate Americas Got Talent free yogurt giveaway on August 29th 2023, and now my boss is mad at me for taking a break during work. Stay away unless you love being disappointed. The food is too expensive anyways so I probably won't go back. Floor was also very sticky. read more

Such fun flavors and toppings. A self serve joint that offers fun flavors like dole pineapple, ice cream sandwiches, and peanut butter as well as all the classics like chocolate, euro tart, cheesecake. The place itself has a lot of parking and topping options seem like they are kept sanitary and fruit is fresh. The cost of your cup can burn a hole in your pocket. Best bet is to come here on a Friday where you can fill your cup to the brim for $6 a cup. Their current promotion! read more

Haven't been to Menchie's in months... I miss it! I go through phases where I get super addicted to froyo, and Menchie's helps satisfy those cravings. My boyfriend and I visited every so often when the weather was nicer after getting a good Groupon deal for Menchie's. The workers have always been super nice and we've had a good experience with customer service. There are always tons of different froyo flavors to choose from, so you never have to worry about finding something that you like. They also offer tons of toppings as well, which is awesome because you can customize your cup however you want! read more

We went to Menchies with a coupon for buy one get one free and the best the kid could do is give us 10% off after he asked for the redemption code that would expire in 10 minutes. Such a waste. He was probably high from the looks of it, but since he was the only one there how would the company keep him accountable? They can't. He had one day of training and then left to work six days a week and had been there for several weeks. That location is going out of business. Also you can't dine in at that location even though they have a lifesize connect four game. There is a frozen yogurt place down Richmond Beach road by Fred Meyer. I would try this place next. Always two people there and plenty of places to eat inside. read more

Service: 3 star Food: 4 star Management: 3 star Expense: 1 star Value: 1 star We drove by the neighborhood and saw their sign on a hot Sunday afternoon, so we decided to stop by to give it a shot. They have great selection of yogurts (about 10 if I remember correctly, and each of them actually works!!!!!) with many varieties of toppings. This is the typical yoguarts restaurant, where you pick up a size of a cup of your choice, and start walk around the machines to put any flavor of yogurt and toppings as you like, and they charge you by weight. The place is fairly nice and clean (however, most of their tables are dirty). My guess is that there is only one person (that we see) running the place, and she has to man the cash register the whole time, so no one is doing the cleaning. But other than dirty table, the place is still fairly clean, and it feels like a great place to hang out in a hot summer afternoon (and they have AC!!!!). With regarding to buck to the value. We paid ~$18 for two cups. I thought that's pretty expensive for yogurts, but I guess as customer, we pay for more than just food. Overall experience, other than its a bit pricey, this is actually one of the better yogurt place we had visited, and we really enjoyed it. Will definitely visit again. read more

The employees here are great! I have a very severe peanut allergy and since there was cross contamination between the toppings, they offered to cut up some fruit and bring fresh toppings from the back. They were very nice about it and didn't make me feel like a burden. A suggestion I have for Menchie's is to place nuts in a separate section like other frozen yogurt places. They way it's set up here, you have to bring the spoon over other toppings so nuts end up falling into the other topping bowls. read more

This is my favorite Menchies spot so far. It's always clean and tidy. Their toppings are always stocked and yogurt is always full. There's a lot of seating and also some outside seating. The workers here are really nice too! read more

This location has great flavor options, nice young people working here, and bags for carrying out - so convenient! I am on crutches and carrying things is really a challenge for me - at this location the guy offered to carry the bag to my car for me - what a blessing!! I didn't know how else I was going to get it safely to my car! Thank you, lovely employees! Parking is easy and plentiful here - it is my favorite Menchies location! read more

I am a fan of Menchies! I am a fan of froyo in general. I went to college in San Marcos, CA and there was this place across campus called Froyo Love that my friends and I used to frequent all the time. This place is equivalent to that. Just another chain self serve place! My go to froyo flavor: plain tart pineapple any of the fruity ones My go to toppings: Mochi Captain Crunch Cereal They have a rewards program using your telephone number. yesterday Cody and I got $3 off from it. Overall we are fans of this place for quick dessert. Also there's not much of an ice cream scene in Lynnwood, this place is the closest! read more

Consistent. Every time I've come to Menchie's I've gotten good customer service, delicious froyo, and quality toppings. Amazing service, workers are young but so respectful! Store was clean, overall great- no complaints Love me some Menchie's! LOL

This place always has the most interesting of flavors, very unique but delicious! I love all the topping options!

We have been going to this location for years and love it. We are big Menchie's fans and drive out of our way to come here over other frozen yogurt stores that are closer. My 3 star review however, is a reflection on the ownership. I reached out looking for catering for my daughters 1st birthday party for 50 people. After a week of not hearing back I called the store and girl that answer said that since they are a franchise that type of pricing goes through the owner and she assured me I did the correct thing by doing the online request because that goes directly to their email. Over a month has gone by and still no reply, we have taken our business elsewhere. Yesterday in my local mom Facebook group, a woman posted asking for reviews on hosting birthday parties at this location and pricing. I shared my experience with communication and she replied that she sent a request in over a week ago and still no word. She has decided to book her party elsewhere. So I can safely say my experience was not a freak incident that slipped through the cracks. If everything has to go through the single owner, I would definitely suggest some sort of administrative assistant or something to help with the day to day to ensure your customers are getting good service. read more

I recently visited this Menchies location with my daughter and grandson. As always, we had a great experience. All the usual fun toppings and a particularly fine selection of fro yo flavors. The staff was really friendly and helpful, which is always the case at Menchies, but certainly deserves mentioning here-they did a couple of over and above special things. Going to Menchies is going to a party with the good smells, bright colors and happy patrons. read more

I can't fully complain, hence the 4 stars - the yogurt selection was great and tasty, they had plenty of toppings, etc. Only reason to take off a star is that it has SUCH a dingy feel in there. Needs a makeover bad, not super appealing. Also the fact that they still have the toppings in the cups vs let people scoop them is getting really old. read more

Our Girl Gang (plus one ;)) came here last night to celebrate National Vanilla Ice Cream Day. Now now... don't freak, we know we were not eating ice cream.. this was our substitute of sorts. This place was busy. We were there about 9:00 p.m. and there was a line... We proceeded to try the various flavors. None caught the gleam in my eye until Dark Chocolate Bar. That stuff was delish. This Menchie's has the 30 or so toppings like any other Menchie's. Lots of crumbled cookies, candy bars and chopped up fruit. They also have lip balm by the register. I have to humbly plug their lip balm, I have the Vanilla Cupcake and it is pretty bomb. Soooo... all in all... good show Menchie's. P.S. Here is a thought....Yogurtland has a water dispenser (ice and lemon) as does Shnoo... Can you please get one so we don't have to spend money on your bottled water?? Thanks. read more

This place is a chain, right? Not sure how much they vary from location to location. The colors here are cartoonish, and if you're not ready for them they might overwhelm you. There's enough white on the walls that you won't get dizzy, but other than that, everything feels lime green and electric purple in here. That must be a chain thing, because the plastic spoons and everything were those colors. I haven't had frozen yogurt in probably 20 years or more, though I like ice cream and have hit some of the gelato places too. But on hot days this stuff sounds good. The pineapple yogurt really tasted like pineapple, and the plain yogurt was genuinely tart and tangy--tasted like actual living-culture yogurt. You get all the toppings and it gets kinda expensive; almost $12 for two of their cups of yogurt with the crushed up sprinkly stuff on top. You get to choose from all kinds of stuff, though: candy bars, nuts, syrups, jams, cool whip. When the craving strikes, this place does the job for sure. The furniture here is definitely designed to get you out as quickly as possible. Hard little plastic chairs and tables. Parking here is just OK, and the strip malls really pack in together. Conveniently enough (or not), Weight Watchers is in the suite literally right next door. read more

Nom nom nom nom. Good stuff, lots of topping choices. Would be five stars if they got their fruit together. The pineapple was canned tidbits, the strawberries and kiwi were butchered rather than nicely cut (pieces of peel still on...etc) and half the mango was bad. read more

One month in.... they seem understaffed at times, but they try hard to keep the toppings stocked. I guess it's difficult when the line is out the door! But honestly, sometimes I see one girl behind the counter checking out customers while 2 others are just running around empty-handed. Help the girl out! :) The topping bar gets really gross and dirty during rushes... and fruit ends up on the floor, then on my shoes. Yuck. Yogurt is still good... it's just more customers then 3 teenage girls can handle. read more

This is overall a pretty good yougurt shop. The store has an amazing toppings bar with a ton of options. The toppings all looked fresh, were well stocked and had great variety. The yougurt flavors were tasteful and a good variety; however, the sample cups could use a little improvement. They are very small but alot of yougurt is forced out even when you try to get a little out. The saddest part was the service. On 7/22 at 4:30, there was one younger female working who had very little customer service skills and had a get in get out attitude. This is very disapointing. Although I like the topping bar alot more at Menchies, Skinny Dip yougurt has outstanding service and this would be my location of choice because of it. If a business owner in todays economy and job market doesnt have good employees, they have zero excuses onto why. I hope the owner reads this and reviews their schedule to change things. read more

The culmination of several of my visits this way make up this review. For some reason I always seem to try and go here when it's super busy and packed with high school kids... psh. Anyway, it's self serve froyo and isn't bad for a quick almost ice cream but not quite fix. I'm a huge fan of the red velvet flavor and the cheese cake one, those two seem to be my main "go to" flavors when I pop by. With that said, it isn't bad but it really isn't that good either... Menchie's in Lynnwood is my substitute for Yogurtland when I don't wanna make the trip south. Can't really say much else about this joint but I guess it's A-ok in my book. 3 red-velvet-saves-it-from-a-two stars out of 5 read more

Typical frozen yogurt chain. Nothing really stands out or strikes me as "amazing." Decent rotating selection of flavors and average toppings variety. Although they do allow an unlimited amount of samples as I like to sample every single flavor before I make my selection. A step down from yogurt land in my opinion, but the workers here are always nice. read more
