The store is just weird in general. I bought the Flan and yhe cheesecake. NEVER AGAIN! The Flan was dried out from over baking it. Go to Trader Joe's dairy section for delicious flan 2Pk for $3! The Cheescake was from the big tubs of Philadelphia cream cheese cheesecake filling in a terrible 2 type crust...Just weird! I've been here twice... First & Last! Brand new bakery in the neighborhood offering a nice selection of baked goods to choose from. Staff is friendly. They"ve got pan dulces, cookies, muffins, brownies and my favorite, flan. They also make custom cakes. Definitely stop in and give this place a try! read more

Amazing pastries and the best tres leches in Everett. That being said, the service is meh. There are no prices shown and the pretty much charge you whatever they feel like that day. I've gone and bought the exact same thing and paid differently almost every single time. They give you no receipt unless you request it, and even then it's just the credit card one that shows no pricing. They also seems to very inconsistent on the pastries available. We know they bake in the afternoon, and have come when they are clearly pulling out fresh bread and they have flat out told us that they will not give us fresh bread and to instead buy the stale one from the day before. If I wanted stale bread I wouldn't be going to a bakery. Their reasoning is that they need to sell out what they have before selling fresh? Also, the stale bread that they leave out is days old, rock hard! read more

This place is so bad I wouldn't call it a panaderia. They sell bollios (mexican bread) so bad that you just want to throw it away or give it to birds you hate so they choke. Seriously no place should mess those up and they sell ones so bad I would suggest you go to Winco and get some of those instead. Definitely wish I could erase my visit to this place. In general the places up in the Seattle area selling anything Mexican are doing a poor job and are nothing like anything south in California. Avoid. read more

The only thing they had to buy was day old so we bought some but ended up throwing them away. I know we were there just a little bit after they opened, but they should have been set up and ready for customers. Caesar, one of the bakers, is very friendly and takes great pride in his work! Delicious pastries and the conchas are one of my favorites! The best part is that they stay open till 9pm but stay closed for family on Sundays. The Guava Tacos are also delicious!!! 13 pastries & cookies cost $15. read more

This place is amazing! Best panaderia around. I'm always on the lookout for the best polvorones (the pink ones) and tricolores. The ones they make here are so good, buttery, crumbly and not too sweet. Perfect! Also, the lady who was running the counter was really friendly and nice. Watched the employees putting out new bread at 7:00 PM when they close at 9:00PM and shifted the older baked goods to the left side of the display case. Hint-Bake fresh bread daily! If you run out early, people will get their earlier (supply and demand) no one wants day old products. read more

This is a great little bakery for custom orders or fresh Mexican pan of all kinds! I ordered a flan birthday cake and they were very accommodating of my request. It tasted fresh and home made, just the way we like it. I had an easy time ordering it and the customer service was great. Bought a cake here for my kids 15th birthday.... cost me $100 absolutely the worst cake I've ever seen and it wasn't ready on time you couldn't even read the word birthday. picture was crooked and the frosting just looked like it was tossed on in a hurry do not waste your money here!!!!! BUT when my wife took it back they were very apologetic and refunded my money we have used there services several times this one just didn't work. read more

We went out for dinner at another place in this strip mall and afterward stopped in at this bakery. Wow, so many yummy-looking things. I bought a huge pink bread/pastry with coconut on it and jelly inside. I don't know what it is called, but it was amazing. The service was good too, very friendly and helpful. We stopped in to check out this place since we've seen it while driving by quite often. The gal behind the counter was very helpful and explained all the different cookies/breads/treats they had there. They are very reasonably priced baked goods that we saw. We purchased one of the sweet breads, and it was very mild in sugar. (That can be a good thing! lol) On our way home from getting pizza down the block, we stopped to get a few pieces of "tres leches" cake. We kept those in the fridge at home to eat the next day. What a delight! They had a hint of strawberries in the middle layer of whipped cream in the cake. Once again, great prices! Cake was only $2.50/slice and it was boxed nicely for us to carry it out. They make specialty cakes, including decorating a cake with a photograph you furnish. Of course it is edible when they finish decorating the cake with a copy of that photo. I did not see a price list, but maybe I wasn't very observant! What we did get was very good and very reasonably priced. read more

Being white, I am not super familiar with Mexican bakeries or pastries, FYI. The customer service was good and the person working answered all of my stupid questions. Now the food on the other hand was not super great. The pan fino tasted good, but was overcooked and dry. The buñuelos tasted like old oil and was very greasy but it had a nice crunch. The last one was a danish like pastry with cream in the center (I'm guessing it was an abrazo) was also overcooked and dry. I am teetering between 2 and 3 stars because it was the end of the day so it makes some sense that things were a little dry, but it doesn't explain the overcooked-ness of some of them. I would go again but closer to when they first open to get a better idea. read more

Showed up on a Monday morning and he was running late but he still opened his doors for us and let us pick from what was ready. I've came here twice, both times I had bad experiences. The first time, the guy overcharged me like $5, on my card. He told me one thing he charged me different.. today I come to get some bread for my kids, and they only had them already pack in a "variety bag" I picked the one with the most conchas because that is what my kids eat, I get home open the bag and the bread is ROCK solid!! Super hard. I called back to tell them and she said she let me know that it's old bread. NEVER did she mention to me that they have and SALE old bread, she then told me all I had to do was put it in the microwave.... really? I am not going to give my kids old bread from days ago, she then laughed when I told her I wanted my money back, she gave me a smart remark about only brig $3. I don't care if it's $3 $5 or $20, you need to let the customers know it's old bread, put up a sign or something, but they don't tell you anything. When I came back, little kids were running everywhere in the kitchen, and a young boy was making the breads.. sad. I will never come back, and I do not recommend this place at all read more
