Then I tried Dearborn Heights a couple of years later. Same thing!!! I just tried this location in Warren, and it's phenomenal too. I'm not sure why I didn't post reviews in the past. These folks know how to make a great burger and a successful restaurant. Halal, fresh, well-cooked, creative ideas for burgers. Fries are good, but its the burgers!!!! They've earned your trying it!

This was such a good burger!…read more One of the best burgers I have had. I have been wanting to try this place for years. I was finally on the right side of time and had time to go in. They are located next to a gas station which comes in handy if you also need gas. I order the number 1 and my son ordered the pizza burger. Both were very filling and delicious. The original burger was cooked perfectly and the bun was pretty good. The onions and pickles were so good and I don't usually like pickles. I didn't try the signature sauce as I'm not a fan of thousand island. But many people will enjoy it the way it's suppose to be made I'm sure. The pizza burger was pretty cool. It had 3 nice sized mozzarella sticks on them and pizza sauce. We wanted fries and they only come in one size. The one size is big enough to share. We were suggested the lemon pepper fries and that was such a great suggestion. They are fresh cut fries and you can tell. I was happy they had regular fries and not the battered crispy ones a lot of place do. So they definitely will get 5 stars for the fries alone. It has some seating inside, but most people seem to get carry out. The men at the counter were so nice in helping us. They really suggested things we would like and we did. I will be glad to give them my business again.

Bathroom: **** (clean) Quality: *** Quantity: *** Presentation: **** (well platted) Service: * (rude, unprofessional, inattentive) Price: $$$ (pricy for what it is) Ambiance: (Loud/Casual/Busy) Events: n/a Attitude: (awkward) Outside: n/a Brunch: n/a Happy Hour (Specials): n/a Closed: n/a Overall/summary: the only place around that had ribs so I thought I'd try it. Went with a service animal and was denied entering by the manager. I asked for the owner who the manager called, then I'm guessing explaining the service dogs duty, then allowed us to enter. If that wasn't awkward enough, it took about 15 minutes for the bar tender to acknowledge I was there. Once I got water, put in a request for a drink, it was about another 10 mins to finally ask if I wanted to put in an order. Now, it was busy-ish but not to the point that it should have taken as long as it did. However, being patient, I asked for the ribs, a Cesar wrap and Cajun fries. I got plane fries, the ribs were literally cold, not like sitting a while and they were lukewarm no, cold. The wrap had no dressing, no cheese just lettuce and protein. Odd and no Cajun fries just regular. So, when I pointed these things out, shower her the wrap, fries, told her the ribs were cold, she offered to remake them, but by this time it being about an hour into sitting around I was just ready to go. She did end up bringing out some extra fries that were Cajun, she did seem to be trying but there was a weird dynamic, like I was the one causing the inconvenience. She took away the food, fries, I asked for the bill, and the items she took away, were still on the bill. She then asked me if I wanted them taken off.. I said well I didn't eat them and I don't have them. She then said, "I offered to have them remade" I said yes but I do have to go it's been an hour at this point. I paid, left a tip and realized that the experience was one for the books. Idk if I'll try it again. It was very uninviting, not very welcoming, time consuming, and not accurate or accommodating. At the least I hope they do educate those on ADA Service animals. And I'm talking about real service animals, not just your friends well trained adorable dog. Like, ask the required questions, is the dog for a disability, what work/task does it preform. We'll see maybe if there's improvement next time... maybe.

This is a very popular restaurant and should be. The food is very good, with lots of selections…read more Two things bother me though. One is they have crowded so many tables and booths into their dining room that it is difficult to enjoy your meal. It is just too tight everywhere and when someone gets up from a table or booth next to you, they are almost in your food! Also, and this has been true for years, the parking lot is a disaster. I cannot figure out why such a successful restaurant cannot afford to fix the LARGE potholes and other problems in their lot. Someday they are going to lose all their money to a person who has been seriously injured or (God forbid) dies from a fall in their parking lot. It is making it difficult to really go there anymore.

I was driving home when I realized that I was given the wrong burger. Stay with me. I had been…read morepuzzled about why the burger lacked flavor and seasoning. I had to add ketchup to amp up the flavor. At first, I attributed it to the Scotch egg I had, a soft-boiled egg wrapped in well-seasoned sausage and fried. Both the sausage and the accompanying sauce were savory and tasty. And then, I thought, potentially, it was the battered onion rings that dulled my taste buds. However, logically, the Brasserie burger includes bacon, caramelized onions, and Dijon mustard, flavors that are not muted nor shy about shouting their presence. I checked my leftovers and found no evidence of those add-ons, and then found my receipt. I was charged for a plain hamburger, so at least I didn't pay more than I should have. But I was disappointed not to have received what I ordered. Service was otherwise fine.

The burger was okay overall, but the A1 sauce threw the flavor off for me. It overpowered everything else and made the burger taste unbalanced. My onion rings were burned and overcooked the first time, but they were remade and the second batch came out amazing. The drinks were weak, and the customer service was just okay. Nothing terrible, but nothing memorable either. I appreciate the birthday perk and the quick food service, but I'd pick a different burger next time.

It's been about a year since I've been here and the concept of this place still just blows my mind…read more It runs very well, and pretty much no staff. The business model is genius. A hostess who takes your money and gives you a bracelet, automated beer, and you use your phone to order from the kitchen, they text you and you go get your food. I wondered many times how they could serve alcohol and not monitor how much people were drinking? So I asked. The host is in the front said at the end of 32 oz is your bracelet will not work and you need to come up and see me to reset it. I guess that's how they would monitor whether or not someone could get another 32 oz? I'm surprised not more places have copied their business layout. With the new generation, this would be the place to go, you barely have to speak to anyone except for the people you're with.
