After going to the Farmer's Market Saturday afternoon we were hungry so decided to go somewhere…read moredowntown for lunch. Originally we planned to eat at Cafe Muse but was told wait would be 45 minutes for a table. The solution....Condado Tacos! Upon arrival, we were seated right away. I ordered a margarita flight and we shared a half size guacamole with chips. That was the best part of the meal! I also ordered the new Yuzu Shrimp bowl with lettuce as a base. I expected it to be better...the shrimp were micro miniature in size like popcorn shrimp and overcooked. Hard, chewy and no flavor. Yuck. I also was disappointed in the amount of lettuce underneath the pico and cabbage....barely a 1/2 cup as the base. Our server was attentive, friendly, and even cracked some jokes with us and chatted. However, next time I'll be hitting up Mesa or Iron Horse down the street for Tex Mex cuisine. I love the hipster atmosphere and vibrant wall graffiti art at each of their locations but it didn't make up for my entree today. They need to bring back the jackfruit vegan protein option....that was the best!

We stopped in today for a late lunch/early dinner, and everything was fantastic. The chips and salsa alone were a great start--chips were perfectly crispy with a light seasoning that made them extra delicious, and the salsa had great flavor. I went with the beef enchiladas with red sauce, rice, and beans, and it did not disappoint. Everything was cooked well and full of flavor. The restaurant itself has a really cool, laid‑back vibe that makes it a great place to sit and enjoy your meal. I also grabbed a jumbo margarita that was half off, and it was really good too--definitely worth it. Overall, great food, great atmosphere, and solid drinks. I'll definitely be coming back.

The steak bite was soooo tough, I was chewing for days. I sent it back.My 1 girlfriend ordered the fried tacos, it had a hair in it. My other girlfriends food was fine. Our waitress was rushing us and impatient. Making me irritated. And for some reason, maybe it's just me(and my 1 girlfriend) but I was offended by the staff's attire. Most of the young server/waitress girls had crop tops on, one even had see through yoga pants on. I was so upset I was ready to leave but my girlfriends wanted to stay. Another thing, the menus were wet. At least they were clean. There was food on the seats, the table was wet as well. I did eventually order the $3.00 tacos, which consisted of lettuce, a squirt of sour cream and beef, with soft shells. I ordered guacamole that made it better. The guacamole was DELISH. Oh and they AUTOMATICALLY add 20% for tips per person!( WTF). Maybe if they PAUD the staff better they wouldn't charge so much. Well my friends, if you do go to this place I hope you have a better experience. Until next time, keep Yelping my friends.

Ordered two chicken corn tacos ($20 ticket voucher), walking Doritos chicken nachos ($20 ticket voucher, mangonada ($15) and a pina colada in a pineapple with fresh fruit ($30). Ordered 3 more chicken corn tacos with cash ($10). All told they charged us $59.61 cash and $40 of ticket vouchers, that's $99.61. Seems rather steep for what we got and really inflated too. The tacos were okay, nothing special. Chicken was little small granules and almost seemed like it was maybe ground chicken or the strangest chicken granules we have ever seen. Not what we expected at all. The pineapple pina colada was so-so, not worth $30. The mangomada didn't taste so great, was disappointing for $15. The walking taco would have benefits better less the water logged corn that sogged things up quickly in the nacho Doritos bag. All in I would not say it was worth nearly $100 worth of food and drinks here.
