I asked where to get my fishing license and the young man cheerfully gave me precise instructions. Once I arrived at customer service I was greeted warmly and in less than 5 minutes I had my license. I chose 1 year but you can choose from a good variety of options up to three years! 5 star experience... While I walked about I was asked by a floor monitor if they could assist me with anything... I asked T question and they responded kindly good people in the store. I got some Iowa beef sticks... they also had good variety of jerky... that meaty juicy type not dried. I asked AI what are the top 5 most popular lures that work best in Utah and the store had all of them. I took them, a great Nike T shirt and my beefsteak at the cashiers near the entrance, paid and bid good day. I'd shop this place again.

(I had several questions) 10 minutes in golf department. Same story. 20 minutes in BBQ and the two guys there seemed more worried about the display looking great than offering help. I've always loved Scheels but I am very disappointed with the current lake of service or lack of. I hope things improve! (I only spent $250)

She then suggested an insert to Provide support and resulted in complete relief from the rubbing and pinching experienced when trying on various boots.Aimee then proceeded to recommend a boots explaining the different design details between the companies. It was an awesome experience by an exceptionally knowledgeable employee who was truly interested in getting you the right fitting shoe.

They also have socks, hats, and other accessories from your favorite club. Took my specialized epic in for a tune. Paid for their premium tune on a Thursday and was told it…read morewould be done between Sunday and Monday which I was totally fine with. Received a call Saturday that it was finished. I picked it up and took it home. However when taking a closer look when I got home the entire bike including the drivetrain was still quite dirty. It was not terribly dirty when dropped off but it looked no different as if it hadn't even been wiped down. The drivetrain was also not adjusted. It was having similar issues I was having before the tune (not setting properly on the largest cog and not shifting smoothly). It appeared as if this was not addressed at all. The wheels were also clearly not trued. I took the bike back in as I was concerned that if these didn't get done, other things might not have been finished as well. The technician checked the bike back in for me and mentioned that the drivetrain was clearly not adjusted properly nor were the tires tried as he immediately went to work on them. A technician called me in two days to let me know the bike was done. I picked it up with a note that stated no other issues were found. I am still not convinced that half the work I paid for in their nicest tune was actually done. Even if "no other issues were found" was the work I paid for that isn't as easily inspected or an obvious "issue" actually done? I am unfortunately led to believe that they check a few boxes and turn bikes out the door as quickly as they can. The staff is very kind, but sadly I don't think I will be returning or recommending them in the future.
