They're also stocked with winter boots: Doc Martins, Bearpaw, Columbia, and Wolverine are a few I saw. And yes, dress shoes, slippers, and sandals are in abundance. I'm a fan of Vans Off the Wall, and usually go to the outlets ... now I'll drop by FF on my next Vans quest. Yup, they've got those Light-Up Sketchers high-tops your kids have been coveting. Actually, they've got a solid selection for kids of all ages (they even have BABY shoes!). FF has some great prices in clearance, but I hope you have small feet. Everywhere else, the prices are reasonable. Look at it this way: You don't have to wait three days, you get to wear 'em out of the store, and you don't have to break down the Amazon box and put it in the recycle bin. Lo and behold, it turns out this is an outlet location thus most if not all the prices are cheaper than anywhere else. Jacob was the employee that helped us and he was very friendly and helped me find a shoe that looks like it's going to work out very well. If it doesn't though, it turns out they have a 60 day "trial" where you can return the shoes in ANY condition within that time period. Pretty cool. So even if I need to exchange the shoes I can.

Also, the fitting rooms are not roomy, neither are the isles. So if there's two people in there, it can get crowded walking by. I was standing up against the wall asking my wife for her opinion, making sure I wasn't blocking anyone when all the sudden I hear a very rude "EXCUSE ME" like I was blocking everything. There was more than enough room to go around, but she was just upset I was asking my wife for her opinion. Then a "REMEMBER if it doesn't fit put it here don't put it there". I'm fine with a reminder, but tone and body body language really play a large part in how something is communicated. This should definitely be addressed. Additionally, all the dress shirts are skinny or slim fit and mostly all blue. Not much of a variety.

The clothes here are cheap an not well made, I don't usually buy them. Thumbing through, I didn't see much of a selection - same with shoes and housewares, no great finds. This store is really messy and disorganized, even some of the shelving is crooked. I don't want to bother spending much time looking around here, it just stresses me out and makes me want to leave. There are clothes and shoes strewn everywhere. The dressing room area looks dirty (I didn't dare wander into the bathroom). There is always a line here, and to make it as frustrating as possible, they cattle-car you into this line/maze made of low shelving with even more crap in them - it's impossible to find where this line starts, and a pain in the ass the climb over, squeeze past, and wade through all the people and crap blocking your access to it. The staff here doesn't have the best customer service, but I will say I bet it's because they are pretty unhappy at work and might be a little more willing to look more cheerful and do a better job if the management of this store was better. Ultimately I found what I was looking for - a cheap pair of Christmas socks.
