I asked where to get my fishing license and the young man cheerfully gave me precise instructions. Once I arrived at customer service I was greeted warmly and in less than 5 minutes I had my license. I chose 1 year but you can choose from a good variety of options up to three years! 5 star experience... While I walked about I was asked by a floor monitor if they could assist me with anything... I asked T question and they responded kindly good people in the store. I got some Iowa beef sticks... they also had good variety of jerky... that meaty juicy type not dried. I asked AI what are the top 5 most popular lures that work best in Utah and the store had all of them. I took them, a great Nike T shirt and my beefsteak at the cashiers near the entrance, paid and bid good day. I'd shop this place again.

(I had several questions) 10 minutes in golf department. Same story. 20 minutes in BBQ and the two guys there seemed more worried about the display looking great than offering help. I've always loved Scheels but I am very disappointed with the current lake of service or lack of. I hope things improve! (I only spent $250)

She then suggested an insert to Provide support and resulted in complete relief from the rubbing and pinching experienced when trying on various boots.Aimee then proceeded to recommend a boots explaining the different design details between the companies. I was hired as a part time gun counter sales associate and I was working every single weekend, and just about 39 hours per week. I begged and pleaded for the management to make me a full time staff member, because I wanted nothing more than medical benefits. They kept rejecting me. I even had positive reviews for my customer service while working at the gun counter. I complained to management and was labeled as a trouble maker because I saw some gun counter staff just sitting in the back vault area watching Seinfeld. The gun counter staff then avoided me and made up a rumor that I told everyone to quit. Which is completely false. I had retired about 18 months ago and just wanted to do something besides sit at home. If I had told everyone to quit, why would I still be working there at Cabela's? During one single episode where I thought I had broken a gun case, I said beneath my breath, "I hope I didn't break this fucking case, because this customer is buying 3 handguns to hand down to his grandchildren." They made me write out a statement admitting to this and I had sincerely apologized to the one manager that overheard me. They made contact with corporate which is to be expected, then terminated me and said that I had used terroristic threats towards other staff. Did they go to bat for me? I lead the gun counter with Bass Pro Cards, did they take that into consideration? NO, NOT AT ALL! If they only knew the absolute truth on how bad the mole and the use of foul language is displayed at the store, in the break room and in general, every single person would be terminated.
