Car Connection's 3-day, 100-mile warranty. I found an issue with the car after getting it home and chose to avail myself of this policy. I learned that I would be charged a $495 restocking fee and a $20 wire transfer fee. Had I asked for details about the return policy beforehand as their website mentions doing, I suppose Car Connection would have noted these fees. Car Connection's 3-month, 3000-warranty. As mentioned I found an issue with the car. The engine misfires whenever you accelerate at full throttle and your speed is greater than c. 67 MPH. You'd figure a drivetrain warranty would cover something as basic as this, but it does not. It only covers engine internals -- pistons, connecting rods, bearings, etc. Their website did mention to get details of the warranty, but I did not. I decided to keep the car and to deal with the misfire issue. Reckoning an $800 ignition module was the problem, I requested $400 toward the purchase of a module. Car Connection gave me a check for $400. My 3-star rating for Car Connection is based upon the above as well as a variety of factors which I do not mention in the interest of brevity

Though I was referred to this dealership, I cannot recommend it to anyone else. I purchased a…read morevehicle almost 4 months ago and since the date of purchase my interactions with the dealership and staff became increasingly unprofessional and untrustworthy. January 7th of this year I towed the vehicle back to the dealer once the check engine light kept coming back on despite the dealer "attempting to fix the issues" once before and the car became unsafe to drive, randomly lagging and accelerating amongst other issues. Though the staff attempted to blame me multiple times for the issues claiming I put the wrong gas in the vehicle, diagnostics revealed catalytic converter, transmission and brake issues. Additionally, the dealer failed to timely activate the vehicle warranty I paid for. I found out the warranty was not active when the dealer told me to go through the warranty for any further repairs and not call them (the dealer). February 21st the vehicle was dropped off at an address provided at approximately 9:30 at night, not to mention no paperwork as to what repairs were done were provided with the vehicle. I asked for paperwork as to what had been done to the vehicle with only a work order provided. After getting the car back, I discovered rear damage to the vehicle, not to mention the brake issues we'd agreed upon were not addressed. As of today, the dealer refuses to reimburse me for car payments I was making while they had my car from January 7th till February 21st and while I was unable to drive the vehicle before I towed it back to the dealership. Additionally, as of today, the vehicle's check engine light is on for codes the dealer said he'd repaired or would repair. Jay's Used Cars and it's staff have caused a hardship for me and my family. Again, I cannot recommend this dealer to anyone after my experience.

The dealership is a small building and lot at the corner of Lawrenceville Highway and Northlake Parkway in Tucker. The inside is very nice and modern. I bought a 10 year old Mercedes E63 AMG. This is a car I'd been searching for without any luck. It's not easy to find a near perfect 10 year old car. Aziz had one with a full service history, two keys, and books which was in like new condition. I was able to negotiate price, take it to my mechanic for inspection (Lauck Motors in Roswell- the best) and complete the purchase in less than 24 hours. If you are looking for a used High line car, check out Amyn Motors. Aziz has a great eye for cars and easy to work with.
