I spent 2 to 3 days trying to find a way just to verify my employment which should have been done before I left. Already have issues with car due to cheap aftermarket parts. Brakes squealing due to cheap pads that were only pad slapped. All rotors need machining. Already have a broken cv Axle after 2 days of ownership. Tried to get repaired under drive train "warranty" not covered even though axles are part of the "drivetrain". During this whole process, it was extremely difficult to get any sort of response without them redirecting the conversation. headlight is completely flooded with water, when contacting the best I was told was some cheap knock off from EBay for $100. After paying nearly 17k for a ford focus this is absolutely ridiculous! Unless you want corners cut and shitty repairs go somewhere else. Should not have to spend 1,000 for basic maintenance on a car I've owned for a week.....

IQAutos posts very clear photos of their inventory for clear transparency of what you are buying, especially for their huge Tesla inventory. They know what photos to display in their listings so you don't have to ask too many questions (Car computer version/actual current range). They make it extremely simple and easy to purchase a vehicle compared to the normal dealerships that play haggling games with you trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of you. They have many years of experience and it definitely shows with how they adapted to today's average consumer. Shout out to Tony who was very responsive and knowledgeable of Tesla's throughout the entire transaction. If I ever purchase another Tesla, it will likely be from them. Though I was referred to this dealership, I cannot recommend it to anyone else. I purchased a…read morevehicle almost 4 months ago and since the date of purchase my interactions with the dealership and staff became increasingly unprofessional and untrustworthy. January 7th of this year I towed the vehicle back to the dealer once the check engine light kept coming back on despite the dealer "attempting to fix the issues" once before and the car became unsafe to drive, randomly lagging and accelerating amongst other issues. Though the staff attempted to blame me multiple times for the issues claiming I put the wrong gas in the vehicle, diagnostics revealed catalytic converter, transmission and brake issues. Additionally, the dealer failed to timely activate the vehicle warranty I paid for. I found out the warranty was not active when the dealer told me to go through the warranty for any further repairs and not call them (the dealer). February 21st the vehicle was dropped off at an address provided at approximately 9:30 at night, not to mention no paperwork as to what repairs were done were provided with the vehicle. I asked for paperwork as to what had been done to the vehicle with only a work order provided. After getting the car back, I discovered rear damage to the vehicle, not to mention the brake issues we'd agreed upon were not addressed. As of today, the dealer refuses to reimburse me for car payments I was making while they had my car from January 7th till February 21st and while I was unable to drive the vehicle before I towed it back to the dealership. Additionally, as of today, the vehicle's check engine light is on for codes the dealer said he'd repaired or would repair. Jay's Used Cars and it's staff have caused a hardship for me and my family. Again, I cannot recommend this dealer to anyone after my experience.
