For takeout, they pack the greens separately so you can control the heavy lime flavor, and they include a cream of mushroom sauce that makes it incredibly creamy. In the restaurant, they forgot the cream sauce entirely and piled the greens on top with so much lime it tasted like biting into lemons. We tried adding salt and pepper to cut the intense acidity, but it didn't help at all. The Japan Chicken: On the plus side, the Japan Chicken was excellent--incredibly juicy and crispy. This dish is actually much better when you dine in. When we get it for takeout, it loses its crunch and ends up feeling like a basic chicken nugget. Definitely order this one fresh at the table.

This was good but trying to eat it was a challenge due to size and ingredients. There was a small side green salad. The biscuit and sausage gravy was also stacked. You definitely get good value here as is evident with the families surrounding us. The gravy was almost overflowing the plate with a good uncious taste. The biscuit was dense, a bit dry and was just ok. The gravy was a home run. Jam is a great family breakfast option with the food almost over-flowing the plates. We ordered basic dishes from the appetizer menu and enjoyed them but not overwhelmed with taste. Even though I found it good, not great, I would encourage you to come here with a hearty appetite, and give them a try. NO ONE here is eating with a frown on their face and joint is jumping. Wow, the bison was so tender and falling off the bone. We usually don't get dessert. He said that a homemade mocha ice cream was the special. My wife came up with a great idea to have a brookie with the mocha ice cream. One of the best desserts ever. The brownie and cookie were perfectly moist as well as a homemade marshmallow meringue that combined to make this off the charts. Great atmosphere and service. Definitely going back.
