Bimart is a great store but they recently closed most of their pharmacies due to cost or laws not sure which.

Okay, so I went and grabbed a drink and snack and then went back to wait, I was the only person in line. At 2:03 when the pharmacy opened back up a pretty big crowd had formed, but I was first in line and thought nothing about it. Boy was a I wrong. The male pharmacist decided to call every elderly patient (3 of them) before me. Not that they had been there before me or anything, just because that's what he wanted to do. Finally, at 2:30 it's my turn. They say my prescription wasn't called in. Awesome. Show back up the next day in the drive thru, cause you'll never catch me inside again. The lady said they had the prescription but that they hadn't filled it because they didn't have my insurance info? What?!?! I was just there at the end of May...you had it then, what happened to it? So I told the female that my insurance is the exact same and has not changed. She then tells me she needs to see if they have enough pills because she doesn't think that they do....its 10 pills! She came back and informed me that they do in fact have enough to fill it but then tells me I will have to come back in a few hours... what on earth? Then on 8/15 I call in a prescription refill that I will run out of on 8/19. They tell me I cannot call it in more than 2 days in advance...so I call today on 8/17 and I'm told that they're so busy they don't know if they'll have filled in time (8/19). This pharmacy location is the very definition of you can't fix stupid. The fact the front door cashiers are more competent, friendly and doesn't ignore customers is a sign maybe they should be the one to train these overpaid pharmacists. Just a thought

1-STAR IS WAY TO HIGH…read more This review is specifically about the Walgreens Pharmacy on River Road, Keizer OR. (I am hoping not all Walgreens are this bad.) For the most part the staff is friendly and helpful, although there have been times when staff members act like you are inconveniencing them when asking a question. Rather, I believe this is a STAFFING / CORPORATE PROBLEM. When a doctor calls in a Rx, it shouldn't take more than 3 days to fill it, nor should the customer have to call in for a status update because they haven't heard anything. When a customer uses the automated voice system to call in a refill, the same customer shouldn't have to call back 5-days later looking for a status, only to get the ridiculous automated system with the ever so helpful message of "we're still working on it". For me, the final straw was when I called 5x over the course of 7-hours (10:47a, 11:54a, 12:04p, 2:58p, 3:23p, and 6:17p) and waited for 34, 16, 2, 11, 3, and 13 minutes respectively, looking to speak with a pharmacist to get an update, but instead getting the useless automated system saying "I'm sorry, our staff is answering other calls', or, my personal favorite "There are more then 3 callers ahead of you". If you are that busy, hire more staff. If you can't find staff in the local area, have someone from another store cover and pay them a travel stipend. If you are overwhelmed because of recently onboarding Rite Aid customers, then temporarily pause accepting new customers for a brief period of time. (Of course, we all know if the option were to make $1 profit vs. inconveniencing 100's of customers, Corporate would choose the profit.) Patients shouldn't have to call, and be subjected to that silly automated phone system, just to track down a pharmacist, to get a prescription that was placed 5-days prior. If I ran my customer service business this way, I'd lose all my customers. DO BETTER WALGREENS.

What really makes them stand out is their incredible compounding pharmacists -- they're experts who can access and prepare hard‑to‑find medications like **Betahistine** with ease. It's rare to find a pharmacy that offers such high‑quality care and affordable pricing while treating every customer like family. I highly recommend **Willamette Compounding Pharmacy (inside Quisenberry Pharmacy)** to anyone looking for great service, trusted advice, and reliable prescription solutions with great pricing! Thank you Sammy!!

I have elected to do business with Quisenberry pharmacies because they are known to do their own…read morecompounding. However, I must agree with at least some of the negative reviews I have read. 1. I may have had one positive interaction with one person once (my first time in?), but all subsequent interactions have evidenced poor customer service. It is as though the person behind the counter is reluctantly doing business with you and you should be glad they are dealing with you at all. 2. The entire staff has been slow, and in addition they seem to have inefficient processes overall. For example in the few times I have been there to pick up Rx's, they were out of one medication entirely and simply could not fill it. Another: they could not fill while I was waiting, I had to come back the next day with only two customers in the whole store! There can be literally ONE customer in the pharmacy and you are still waiting a long time for your Rx to be filled. They like to be warned a day in advance you would like a Rx refill. I don't think that is unreasonable, so long as your not requiring this because your simply to slow to meet a walk-in need in real time. 3. It is a weirdly stocked store. Not that I care because I don't go there for any other reason but Rx's, but whomever is managing their in-store merchandizing must be busy doing almost anything else, you can't help but notice as you stand there during one of your long waits... 4. To their credit they have called me by phone twice to inform me a Rx was ready, so they have some processes in place. Overall I must conclude that whomever is "running the store" is preoccupied, depressed, incompetent, or just doesn't care. It is the least "professional" professional establishment I have witnessed as an adult.
