What really makes them stand out is their incredible compounding pharmacists -- they're experts who can access and prepare hard‑to‑find medications like **Betahistine** with ease. It's rare to find a pharmacy that offers such high‑quality care and affordable pricing while treating every customer like family. I highly recommend **Willamette Compounding Pharmacy (inside Quisenberry Pharmacy)** to anyone looking for great service, trusted advice, and reliable prescription solutions with great pricing! Thank you Sammy!!

I have elected to do business with Quisenberry pharmacies because they are known to do their own…read morecompounding. However, I must agree with at least some of the negative reviews I have read. 1. I may have had one positive interaction with one person once (my first time in?), but all subsequent interactions have evidenced poor customer service. It is as though the person behind the counter is reluctantly doing business with you and you should be glad they are dealing with you at all. 2. The entire staff has been slow, and in addition they seem to have inefficient processes overall. For example in the few times I have been there to pick up Rx's, they were out of one medication entirely and simply could not fill it. Another: they could not fill while I was waiting, I had to come back the next day with only two customers in the whole store! There can be literally ONE customer in the pharmacy and you are still waiting a long time for your Rx to be filled. They like to be warned a day in advance you would like a Rx refill. I don't think that is unreasonable, so long as your not requiring this because your simply to slow to meet a walk-in need in real time. 3. It is a weirdly stocked store. Not that I care because I don't go there for any other reason but Rx's, but whomever is managing their in-store merchandizing must be busy doing almost anything else, you can't help but notice as you stand there during one of your long waits... 4. To their credit they have called me by phone twice to inform me a Rx was ready, so they have some processes in place. Overall I must conclude that whomever is "running the store" is preoccupied, depressed, incompetent, or just doesn't care. It is the least "professional" professional establishment I have witnessed as an adult.

The only cashier working was in the make-up area and the poor girl had 10 people in line. I felt bad for her!! Finally as I get to the front of the line a cashier comes and asks me if I want to check out to follow her. She says sorry they had no one up there sooner but she was at lunch. (Ok, I understand people gotta eat.) Anyhow, I proceed to check out but she tells me I cant; in order to get cash back I have to buy something...and even then one can only get $20 maximum out per transaction. So...I ran and grabbed the closest thing I could find that my husband would enjoy: two packs of zingers!! Viola! I have my two items!! Well, I get back in line and got the dirtiest looks. I explained to her what was going on and apologized that I had to get two $20s to pay my postage at the Mail Depot. Regardless the cashier was still a bit ticked off at me. *sigh* At least the lady at the Mail Depot waited for me to return. And my husband also benefited with Zinger snacks so it wasn't a total wash out. NOTE: Pharmacy hours are NOT the same as the store hours on weekends. Awful experience. The pharmacy staff do not value your time. I called at least 10 pharmacies…read moreyesterday to look for a 5 year old dose for COVID, and this was the only location that had it. This morning, I called at 9 AM when they opened to verify they have a COVID dose for a 5 year old and they told me yes. I asked if a prescription was needed, they told me no. I get there after a 30 min commute and they tell me that he needs a prescription. I wasn't worried about that because I expected them to do this honestly... called my son's ped office and they said they'd fax one over but that it was a weird request. During this is Hope process (already 25 minutes in....) they asked me if he was healthy. I feel as if they profiled him for being non-verbal and disabled (I was holding him on my shoulders). I told them yes, he is healthy, but that he does have a genetic disease. the they started to act weird. The pharmacist (Sam Rallins) came over and told me that, by Oregon law, he cannot give a vaccine to any child under the age of 7. I asked to see the Pfizer and Moderna boxes, they denied. I asked why they specifically told me that it was okay to come in on both phone calls (yesterday and this morning) when I was very clear that it was for a 5 year old.... they couldn't answer. I asked them for guidance on where else to go, he told me that no pharmacist will administer it to him (they are out at his peds office, unfortunately). I genuinely felt like them profiled my son, and that Sam felt uncomfortable administering the vaccine. I could respect that, but he told me that is not the case. Why tell me to come in with my 5 year old, and have me stand there holding him on my shoulders, and juggling everything else you're asking me to do. I asked him To explain his rationale to my pediatrics as I had them in the line and they were confused. He acted grossed out and said he wasn't going to talk on my phone (that's fair) so i put it on speaker and stuck my arm through the window. He backed up and was intentionally uncooperative. My mind is literally blown.... he's a dick, I'll leave it at that.

I pulled around to the auto center and went inside to inquire about an oil change. There's a limited staff, so nobody was at the desk, so I waited a bit before someone acknowledged me. Finally, I was directed to pull my car up in the designated area outside the garage and someone would come write up a work order. I didn't wait long, but was glad I got there when I did because I was told I would be the last customer. I got there at 3:30 and they close at 5:00, so plan accordingly. I was told it would be done in about an hour and a half and opted in for text updates when given the option. What to do for an hour and a half?! I walked next door to Lowes and browsed a bit before I inadvertently pocket dialed a friend I hadn't spoken to in a while. We had a great conversation over face-time for about 45 minutes. Then I checked out the plants, and before long, got a text that my car was being worked on. I headed back and played solitaire on my phone in the waiting area until my car was done. In total, my full synthetic oil change was $55, a deal compared to other 'quick' oil change spots around town charging upwards of $99. They weren't fast, but they were professional and got the job done. With inflation affecting everything these days, I look for savings where I can get it.
