She was so excited to get them developed, so I went in with her and showed her how to order prints. When she picked them up, she was charged about $10 for processing and a cd. Sadly, the envelope included two dark blurry prints, the cd and a note that said the roll was exposed. She was extremely upset about her pictures not turning out and the added insult of having to pay for nothing. I took the envelope back to the store and talked to the manager, who went above and beyond to apologize and make things right. He said staff is supposed to check each order and call customers when things like that happen. He apologized profusely and promptly refunded the cost of developing and added points for our trouble to the new MyWalgreens rewards program. This is what customer service looks like to me!

Went back in 5 hours later and one of the "managers" was there. No photo. The SD card isn't working, which he said has been a problem. He said he wasn't told anything when he came on shift about my photo. I asked if it would be policy for the clerk to call me and let me know it couldn't be done, so I'd know to go elsewhere. He just said, "yeah, she should have called." That's it. If they knew there was a problem, why wasn't that relayed to all employees and consequently, to customers? Also, the store has been very dirty. I've asked when the janitor might be coming in. I was told they don't have one to do floors and someone on each shift is supposed to be cleaning them. Is everyone still using COVID as an excuse for poor customer service and lack of help?

The regular theme at any Bi-Mart is maximizing the value for all the products they carry, which is a fancy way of simply noting that everything is supposedly affordable. And for the most part, things are definitely on the cheaper end. I've long forgotten that Bi-Mart is also a membership driven company, which in turn means additional savings for anyone who is a member. How much does that cost? A lifetime membership is $5. Yes, really. I'm usually in here scouring for TJ Maxx type stuff -- which revolves around home furnishings and gifts. I've never been too thrilled about the lines of clothing they feature or the electronics they have on display. I personally think they excel in hardware and health care, which for the latter is kind of nice if one has a prescription filled here. I've been able to find some really quality power tools and specific gadgets for everything from lawn & garden to electrical stuff. While I appreciate the antiquated charm of the place (it really hasn't updated much, or it appears to look like a store from decades before), I can't help but say they could use a better staff around here. I haven't found much help in locating certain items and I find that the attitude of many employees here is lacking. I usually end up calling while I'm in the store to see if they carry something and where I can find it. Their parking lot is huge and it's never too crowded here. They do have sales of course all the time, but even those targeted savings aren't enough to get a Black Friday type crowd in here. I would tend to call that a good thing.

Very frustrating. This is the first time I've had an issue buying it right before close time. I come late most days but it's always before closing time and I'm always helped. This pharmacy always has long lines. The man in front of me stated it took 8 minutes for her to help just one person. If the cashier takes that long to checkout one person that's not on me. It's not their fault you don't know how insurance works; take that up with your CCO. It's not their fault your copay's high; again, take that up with your CCO. It's not their fault they're out of stock, not their fault you're getting generic and not name brand, and certainly not their fault that your doctor's office hasn't sent them the prescription you need. The system is broken, and for working in a broken system, they're doing a great job. I also don't attempt to pick up my medication until I get a notification saying it's ready. Super effective and efficient.

I explained to her what was going on and apologized that I had to get two $20s to pay my postage at the Mail Depot.
