Had to run into Walgreens to get cash to use at the Mail Depot right across the way. Came in at about 5:55 PM and there were NO cashiers in front to help. The only cashier working was in the make-up area and the poor girl had 10 people in line. I felt bad for her!! Finally as I get to the front of the line a cashier comes and asks me if I want to check out to follow her. She says sorry they had no one up there sooner but she was at lunch. (Ok, I understand people gotta eat.) Anyhow, I proceed to check out but she tells me I cant; in order to get cash back I have to buy something...and even then one can only get $20 maximum out per transaction. So...I ran and grabbed the closest thing I could find that my husband would enjoy: two packs of zingers!! Viola! I have my two items!! Well, I get back in line and got the dirtiest looks. I explained to her what was going on and apologized that I had to get two $20s to pay my postage at the Mail Depot. Regardless the cashier was still a bit ticked off at me. *sigh* At least the lady at the Mail Depot waited for me to return. And my husband also benefited with Zinger snacks so it wasn't a total wash out. NOTE: Pharmacy hours are NOT the same as the store hours on weekends. Awful experience. The pharmacy staff do not value your time. I called at least 10 pharmacies yesterday to look for a 5 year old dose for COVID, and this was the only location that had it. This morning, I called at 9 AM when they opened to verify they have a COVID dose for a 5 year old and they told me yes. I asked if a prescription was needed, they told me no. I get there after a 30 min commute and they tell me that he needs a prescription. I wasn't worried about that because I expected them to do this honestly... called my son's ped office and they said they'd fax one over but that it was a weird request. During this is Hope process (already 25 minutes in....) they asked me if he was healthy. I feel as if they profiled him for being non-verbal and disabled (I was holding him on my shoulders). I told them yes, he is healthy, but that he does have a genetic disease. the they started to act weird. The pharmacist (Sam Rallins) came over and told me that, by Oregon law, he cannot give a vaccine to any child under the age of 7. I asked to see the Pfizer and Moderna boxes, they denied. I asked why they specifically told me that it was okay to come in on both phone calls (yesterday and this morning) when I was very clear that it was for a 5 year old.... they couldn't answer. I asked them for guidance on where else to go, he told me that no pharmacist will administer it to him (they are out at his peds office, unfortunately). I genuinely felt like them profiled my son, and that Sam felt uncomfortable administering the vaccine. I could respect that, but he told me that is not the case. Why tell me to come in with my 5 year old, and have me stand there holding him on my shoulders, and juggling everything else you're asking me to do. I asked him To explain his rationale to my pediatrics as I had them in the line and they were confused. He acted grossed out and said he wasn't going to talk on my phone (that's fair) so i put it on speaker and stuck my arm through the window. He backed up and was intentionally uncooperative. My mind is literally blown.... he's a dick, I'll leave it at that. read more

The employees are rude and the pharmacy leaves early before 8 so I don't know why they think it closes at 8 when it doesn't they are never there. Don't recommend this place at all. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. This pharmacy is unreliable, untrustworthy and basically incompetent. They overlooked prescriptions three different times filling them 2 days later, the most recent for antibiotics. On another prescription, Walgreens submitted a bill to insurance that was paid immediately. Walgreens then reversed the payment and never filled the prescription. The prescription for that drug then was denied by insurance as having already been received. What a mess! I confronted Walgreens about this and was told they have "too much business". Well, they can count this family out. DO NOT use Walgreens pharmacies. They are dangerous. read more

This pharmacy is horrible. Prescriptions are never ready when promised. My daughter tried to refill one med and they refilled the wrong med. Now she's been without her meds for a week. I've never gotten any rx at the promised time from this place. read more

Terrible service. No urgency and will take days to fill a prescription. If you value your time and health go to a different location.

I came to pick up a prescription 3 hours after my Dr. Put it in. I waited in line for 20 minutes. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. That time passed and I got back in line(only 15 min this time) and was told just another 5-10 minutes. Needless to say it was not ready in that time frame either. This Walgreens used to be good. Now they're TERRIBLE!! My husband wears the FreeStyle Libre sensors for monitoring his glucose. They CONSTANTLY get his prescription wrong. He gets two 14 day sensors in his prescription, and they consistently get it wrong and either make him call his doctor multiple times for authorization, or just give him one sensor, then tell him they're waiting for the second sensor, then, a couple days later say he needs doctor's authorization. I would give this Walgreens a -0 if I could. read more

When you need to pick up a prescription this is the least of the evils, luckily I don't need to pick up prescriptions very often. The staff seem to be either overly (like a little creepily so) friendly or like you are taking their precious time by having them ring up your purchase. They are convenient for things like picking up contact lens solution, hair spray, etc. when I am going to the Mail Depot next door anyway, but if I weren't going to Mail Depot, I don't know that I would make the trip to Walgreens. read more

The drive thru is horrible! Always a long wait, 12 minutes this morning just to be addressed and I was the only person in line. The pharmacist is unprofessional and the staff is not friendly. When their chip reader wouldn't read my card today, the clerk suggested I come into the store and try it.... I had to get to work so I told her I couldn't come In bc I'd been waiting for 12 minutes already. She insisted there was no way to manually enter my card and my only option would be to come in or come back with a different card. I gave her a different card and after 21 minutes total, my transaction was complete and I drove off to a sarcastic 'thanks for your patience'. Frustrating!! read more

Walgreen's is where I fill all my prescriptions, they know me by name! Besides RX's they carry items you run out of and it is close enough to home to run and get things. They are also friendly and will show you what your looking for. The pharmacist is easy to talk to about reactions of your RX's and with OTC meds! read more

Had the experience to go to this store today. They had a deal going on. Buy one pound of ground turkey for 2.49$ and get the other free. They only had one on the shelf so I asked if they could go look in back for us. The cashier rolled her eyes at me and said "I guess so". Called the manager up. He as well had an awful attitude. Don't put things on coupon if you aren't willing to keep it stocked or have decent customer service when asked about it. Would not recommend coming here. read more

I really love this Walgreens pharmacy. They have drive through and are super quick at getting your prescription filled. Only thing I hate is there are times I have to wait forever in the drive through. Sometimes I think they just need to tell folks to come inside to discuss an issue or go out of line and to the back of he line while they work on the issue or what not. read more

Informed that their 'rules and policies' do not allow returns. I told them that that is just an excuse to treat their customers unfairly. They are already over priced compared to other pharmacies in the region. I will not be referring any of my patients there anymore. Go down to Quisenberry's to be treated like family. read more

Very similar to every other Walgreens. I went in to pick up some last minute things for stocking stuffers for the Holidays. There was a nice, big selection to chose from. I liked that they have some very random things a person might not have thought of getting as a gift or just buying in general but I left with way more than I intended too. The older lady who was stocking the shelf was very polite and asked if I needed help on a few occasions. The one thing i found annoying was one of the other employees who was a younger girl would yell across the entire store to another guy who worked there, they were obviously just goofing off but it was really distracting. And their conversion got personal and though it didn't bother me I doubt some people would want their kids hearing what they were saying to each other. I will come back if I am in the area but I won't go out of my way to go there either. read more

45 minute wait for flu shot...BUT it felt longer. in fact, everyone seemed to be waiting around the pharmacy. staff seemed to be very, very bothered by everyone's presence. and the staff seemed grumpy, hurried, and in need of a dose of valium from behind the counter. read more
